Nice and clean front desk very nice

Needs more lighting in back parking lot and a fence ,STRANGERS in the back lot checking cars that are parked back there HAD TO CALL POLICE BECAUSE LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW SEEN SOMEONE CHECKING DOORS AND CARS IN BACK LOT

Great experience

Desk staff seemed very confused and when asked for a receipt was told we had to get it from orbitz since we booked with orbitz. Several people were given key cards for occupied rooms

Had to park on the side, no spaces left. Had to change rooms. First room had dirty sheets and a (candy?) wrapper under the sheet. Even in second (upgraded) room we didn’t want to touch the floor. Carpet was stained. Plumbing fixture on sink was broken. Tub was stained. Something has gone terribly wrong with this property.

It was a pleasant stay! The staff was nice and welcoming!

What I didn't like was the way they clean there room is real poor. The hotel is nice , but if they take the time to appreciate that people spend money in they hotel they will you do a better job. Being clean thats the most important thing in the rooms. Before you someone was sleeping in the same bed and used the bathroom its important for them to make sure the all entire room is more then clean.

Clean spacious and friendly people. Nice facility.

Very close to restaurants and shopping. Also very close to the highway that brings you to other places very conveniently for other nearby activities.

Everyone was very friendly. I asked for adjacent rooms as we traveled with our teens and they made that happen. The rooms were spotless. One bed had a bit of a trough in the middle (505) but absolutely clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good. The pool was clean and refreshing. Location is right off the expressway and a little tricky to get into the hotel property but super easy to get on the expressway service road or find good dining in the adjacent shopping plaza. We had stayed in this hotel about 15 years ago and it was great then and great again. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean pool. Excellent breakfast area. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms.

Great location, close to LIE. Elevator was very slow on our first day. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor so we opted to use the stairs. Breakfast food quality could be a little better. The scrambled eggs were horrible. Beds were comfortable and room was spotless!

All was ok but the POOL WAS COLD COULD NOT GO IN .It's WINTER WATER MUST BE WARM IN THE WINTER CLOSER TO HOT THE COLD it's WINTER

Thank you for your stay and feedback. That is correct. When you book through a 3rd party, the hotel won't be able to provide you with a receipt. Please contact Orbitz for the payment receipt.
