The place was old. Rugs were worn out completely. Inhall between enterway to bathroom tackle was sticking through were it pinched your foot so I layer a towel across to prevent nails. I have pictures of such an incident. No internet at all in room and when I complained at front desk she suggested we use business room which had no air conditioning and out of the two chairs one was occupied. The electric sliding doors had a terrible screeching noise every time it closed which I’m surprised that the front desk ppl weren’t going insane with the noise! Not a place I recommend to anyone and my list can keep going why u shouldn’t plan on staying. Oh when we arrived in the room no bar soap and one bath towel? I want my money back for our 4 night stay😩😩😩

Light near bed - switch broken. Both beds need replacing - uncomfortable. TV control - took three tries to get one that worked. Dish TV is terrible - not enough channels. Coffee was decently strong which was a nice surprise Hallway carpets need replacing No conditioner in the shower Probably never stay here again - definitely not for $180 a night.

The room was at least clean.The facility was quiet and pet friendly.I did not have an iron in my room. There was no hand soap, lotion, toothpaste or shower caps. There was supposed to be complimentary breakfast but there wasn’t much to choose from. Only danish, cereal and dry bagels so I was not pleased with the breakfast.

I thought the place was kinda run down considering the premium price point. Bathtub porcelain was eroded, thermostat was broken and inoperable. This hotel did not match the high standards I have come to expect after having stayed at the Garden City Hotel or the Long Island Marriott both of which are considerably less expensive. The breakfast was good - they had a microwave to heat up the frozen bacon egg and cheese sandwiches as well as a selection of cereals pastries and waffle making machine. Coffee was good and strong. Bottom line: for the price point I would have expected a more 4 star experience regarding fit and finish of the room. OK but high priced

Tired old hotel. Mattress in rough shape. Lumpy, saggy and beat up. Bed frame broken. Air conditioner died during the night. One bath towel in the king suite that had long black hair on it. Disgusting recliner chair and a broken desk chair. Way over priced for a room in need of major updating. Repair engineer Chuck is a great guy.
