The room was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom. The outside door never worked with the given keys. The security guard / engineer m was extremely rude and nasty. The hotel would be much better off without him. Maybe they would even be able to get rid of the black mold and have working doors. If zero stars were an option that's what I would give.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in, totally falling apart. Dirty rugs, worn out. Pee stains outside every door, mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. Not one ice maker was working. I would say it needs an update, but that’s a joke. It needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. The seedy clientele were hanging outside the doors smoking. A definite place to bring your prostitute. The breakfast was a joke. It had wrapped bagels and toast. One day there were premade waffles. No half and half and the coffee was battery acid. Three yogurts, and I didn’t see much more. We ate at the airport diner instead. The staff was very nice and accommodating when I asked for clean towels and more toilet paper since maid service was optional. Honestly I would never recommend this hotel, and would never stay in a Wyndham property. Very disappointing. I’ll stick to Marriott’s.

The staff was very courteous, professional. The 4th floor was where I stayed and it is under renovations I realize that this is a 20+ year old building the bathroom was very cold the vent ran 24-7 it should have a switch to turn on & off, the sink wouldn't drain and then if wouldn't hold water, and the FREE BREAKFAST is all carbs how about some protein besides yogart., FORGOT TO RETURN HOTEL KEY PASS TO ROOM 436.
