"All was good but overridden by a faulty elevator. I mentioned to the desk clerk the elevator was not stopping on selected floors, would go from the concourse to 10th floor several times regardless the floor pressed, and the doors would finally open on the wrong floor. I suggested to the clerk the elevator should be put out of service. He told me he would have engineering look at it. He did not. I think the safety lapse negates all the good about this hotel. The only reason Igave two-stars was my wife and I did not plunge to our deaths."
