Hotel is nice enough. All staff except for a few of the security officers were pleasant. Hotel/Casino entrance Security officers seemed to interpret entrance rules differently for guests. Maybe entering the Casino should be separated from entering the hotel. Hotel elevators are okay but not speedy. A Security officer demanded people already on an elevator get off when it reached the Casino floor so he could escort a cash cart instead of waiting for the next elevator.
Building is dated and catering mostly to casino clients, not much choice in terms of dining.
Enjoyed that it was a casino-hotel. Would have liked a coffee maker in tge room. Overall enjoyed the stay and would do it again.

It was a casino, so I wasn't expecting it to be quiet. They offered a room away from the casino and it was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

We were given a handicapped room, although we don’t require the special amenities offered. I’m a healthcare professional and realized immediately that the room was handicapped assessable, however, my husband didn’t notice the small differences. The bathroom was very large (big enough for a wheelchair to turn around), had grab bars in the tub and toilet areas, hand held shower head (as well as a rain shower head), wheelchair assessable sink and wheelchair assessable closets. The curtain pulls were also wheelchair assessable. This is a great hotel if these are your needs The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The casino is just ok. No real dealers. Everything is electronic. One bartender behind a very crowded bar on a Saturday night was really unacceptable. Overall, we had a nice time.
