Everything is very convenient for a nice day or overnight stay. Food was very good in the restaurant and Downstairs Bar was nice also Upstairs bar was nice but I wouldn't order drink just wine or beer cause the vodka was coming out of a gun and I know Titos and it wasn't Titos and the next day I guy we were playing next to said the same thing about the vodka he drank

This is an older building and could use a few updates. We did not have much interest in the casino so the review is more about the hotel. The elevator was very noisy and clanged several times on the way up and down. (That was a little unnerving). the rooms were adequate size, but had double (full) size beds. It seems that Queen beds would have fit just as easily and been much more comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and were satisfactory, although the toilets were not always cleaned.(The toilet was clean on arrival) Overall, I selected this hotel for location. I did not feel like it was a good value, and will likely select another hotel if queen beds are available.

rooms weren't made up daily, unless requested. Security blocks access to the car valet In the morning. This is a big inconvenience when checking out with baggage

This place is a dump. The only effort they put into cleaning is the slot machine areas. The rooms suck! get some new carpets and bathroom fixtures. The parking is HORRIBLE! At least have a parking area for guests staying multiple nights with a key card entry. Everytime I left it took me at least 30 minutes to find a parking spot when I got back. This place sucks and I travel alot so I have plenty of experience with hotels.

Resturant was something to be desired. Should be open for breakfeast.

Only stayed for one night for a wedding but the place was nice clean friendly and from being an out of Towner all the staff was great helping me out with the area

I liked the small clothes line they had in the shower so you could hang and reuse towels/washcloths...just like at home. A number of the electrical outlets did not work properly... when plugging a plug into an outlet, the plugs would be loose, wobble or you had to move the plug just right to get it to work. The ice machine did not work. We had to go from floor eight to floor seven to get our ice. Our carpet was soak and wet in front of the TV and refrigerator area. With the hotel having a casino, it was difficult to find a parking place in the evening so it forces you to use the Valet Parking. While the hotel appeared to be well kept, the people were nice, and the restaurant foods were good, with these many issues or problems, one would expect the room prices to be that of a lower end hotel.

Hotel was ok. Casino and bar was good. Room was just a regular room but the room I stayed in was not clean. There were boogers (snot) on the inside of the shower curtain which turned me off and made me wonder about the rest of the bathroom. There were urine stains at the bottom of toilet. I did call the front desk and they sent a gentleman to clean shower curtain with a hand towel and no cleaner. The food I ordered from room service was pricey and just ok. Will not pay as much as I paid to stay here again.

The bed was very uncomfortable and small. I could never stay in the hotel again because of the beds.

The hotel has a nice small casino but when I checked in my room there were ants under the chair near the bed with crumbs and rugs were dirty. They moved us into the suite and there were dirty napkins behind the window curtains, the sheets felt musty and not clean , the rugs were dirty and the hotel is old. I would never stay here again! We didn’t get to the room till 4:30 in the morning and left first thing not to stay there to long.
