It was my first time there with my Girlfriend and we both loved the hotel because it was the first hotel we went to together. I’m glad that I chose the holiday inn express as the first hotel to go with my girlfriend to, the room was very clean, staff was very nice to us upon the walk in, and the breakfast was very good to us. I’m planning on coming back this Friday for a full weekend stay with my girl this time and I hope we will be welcome the same way we were when we first came there. I’m very excited to have a full weekend stay and see what the hotel is all about instead of staying barely a full day

The bathroom was dirty. Towels wash cloths and hand towels all had someone else’s hair on them. Tub was dirty with hair in it. One of the bed had a bug crawling on it. Carpet was filthy with stains on it. Staff was not pleasant and not helpful. No better recommendation from them. Manager, did tell me that I can check out early. Bad, rude and disrespectful advice.

We had to wait over an hour to check in, lots of other unhappy guests waiting for their rooms to be ready as well. One person working the front desks trying to do her best but rude at times with customers. The bathroom in the room had a broken shower head my husband had to hold it in place with a towel so that we could use it, bed and pillows uncomfortable. The area is horrible I hope I never have to come around here again!

When we arrived for our stay the place smelled of someone smoking pot. We went up to our room and the shower curtain was draped into the toilet. When we were moved to a new room the bathtub was in terrible condition. The floor was all pitted and made it uncomfortable on your feet to shower. The elevator broken down and remained broken for our entire stay which was very inconvenient as we were on the top floor. I will never stay there again! We had a booking for the Christmas holidays which we cancelled. Other people we spoke to also said they would never stay there again.

Rooms are not kept up and furniture etc dated and dirty. Bathrooms were horrible. Cracks and mildew. Both rooms we had on two different visits needed major bathroom overhauls. The second room we had to call maintenance for a toilet issue. We also were told there would be a $5 per day charge for parking!!! Nothing was ever mentioned when we booked and we stay at Holiday Inn Express’s everywhere and never had a parking fee. For that matter no other hotels outside of Universal in FL ever charged for parking. We were told management just started in September. How convenient after we had already made the reservation. Will NOT be staying here again.

Staff yesterday was great. The rugs in the room are disgusting. The bed is good but the plastic cover underneath makes it so uncomfortable. I recommend replacing the rugs and do away with the plastic
