Terrible service had to get my own towels from the employee laundry room. Very limited breakfast options and no one working in the front desk. The worst experience I’ve ever had a hotel. I will never stay here again if I hadn’t booked this so far in advance, I would never have stayed.

It is dirty. My toilet ran constantly. Even after i asked for maintenance. The wifi foe the tv didnt work until I complained. And then it was only for 1 night. There was trash all over the sidewalks and parkin lot. The service is almost nonexistent. The bed is uncomfortable. They do have a water coolee so thats something

Bad stay....no staff

There is no staff at all. Just houseekeeping before 2pm. The interent had been out for a week no rooms t.v. worked. Nobody tolds upon checking in. It took me personally 1hr to check it due to payment not being excepted. If you have an issue, its one lady on a room on the 2nd flr who may help you. It was a terrible experience.

The room and bathroom smelled of mildew, we couldn’t connect the internet to view the Roku, and my wash cloth looked to be stained with foundation. I DID NOT like the check-in or checkout process with a kiosk, and there was no one to ask for help with the television. I also was not aware that I would have to pay a $100 deposit upon check-in
