Rooms are worn out and old. Front desk people are friendly and polite but this motel is just neglected, no investment in updating or repairing things. Breakfast is toast and waffles, no protein of any sort, just sugar and carbs. I would not ever stay here again, for $5 more you can stay at a clean, updated Motel 6 just a couple miles away.

Staff could be more personable but they are very capable. Have stayed here before. Water pressure was heavenly in this room, unlike the last one. Though older, it is clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Will be staying again when I go to visit my daughter nearby.

Service was very helpful and polite . Quiet place no disturbances . Only thing I would say is the shower didn’t get warm . But besides that it was great . I will use this place in future trips to Marion .

Non smoking room wasn’t smoke free. Outside the room smelt like an ashtray. Inside room had burn marks on vanity and smoke smell covered up with an air freshener. Was disappointed.

We left and canceled our stay eithin 10 minutes of being there .was approached by crack heads and homeless befor we got out f our car.the hotels exteriors are falling off the building. The rooms look like a pay by hour hotel.and cleaned as such. The mattresses were on cot springs.rooms smelled like mold and smoke. We feel like we would need tetanus shots if we stayed there. Complete nastiness.
