There was a fly in the room that got into the bathroom..I couldn't use the bathroom until i killed it because it kept flying around my head. Then there some sort of small fling bugs in the room. I asked if they had any flying bug spray they asked if they could come to the room i said yes. They stopped and got a can of LYSOL came to the room looked me in face and told nothing was in the room. As if I was some sort of liar. Said lysol was for bugs and started reading the label..and one of them said nothing was in there because he cleaned the room himself...I'm finished with this Super 8 carbondale.

Certain aspects were dated and worn. The tub was chipped and one of the wash clothes provided was no longer white as it had originally been. Overall it was a cheap place to get some rest for me but would not have been acceptable for my wife.

Window to room would not lock,had a broom stick to prevent intruders! Very unnerving to sleep. TV screen had a grid of white lights showing thru picture which rendered views very strained. Phone chargers would not stay in outlets on nightstand and barely above coffeepot. In wall air conditioner was very loud. Will never stay in this location and will not recommend! Clerk was nice.
