Hotel staff very accommodating of our early arrival. Prepared our room quickly and before usual check in time. Upgraded to better room when I pointed out we were staying a full week. Hotel restaurants (one Chinese one British) adequate but not outstanding. Location excellent for London near tube ...
Hotel is very nice. Great comfortable stay if you need to fly out of Stansted. I woke up at 4:52 and was checked in for my flight by 5:20 am, utilizing the airport bus (I slept in and still made it). Their breakfast starts at 4am! Incredible, wish I cold have tried it but was running late. Airport ...
The hotel was great. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. We had 2 twin beds for our room - the room was small but manageable. Working the shower for hot water was the only trouble we had but worked through it. Great location for all activities, close to multiple underground ...
Rooms are simple a bit dated but that is often the case in some of the older London hotels. The positive is the great location. My room was small but comfy, the bathroom larger than expected. I can say that it is good value for money. Staff were super kind, they need some more staff though as checkout ...
For the most part it was pretty good stay. Only drawback is another hotel was working on an addition next door so fierst thing in the morning I was awoken to loud clanging. Luckily it was a holiday weekend so they only worked a half day. Only ate once at the hotel and it was on my last day. At first ...
Great location, comfortable size, nice amenities, friendly staff. Queen size bed was comfortable and the bells of St Paul's Cathedral were a welcome sound. Will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to London.
Location is more than just a point on a map. When I say the Millennium Gloucester is the best location in London, I mean a tube station is across the street, excellent pubs and restaurants are an easy walk and most of all the hotel is superior. Check-in and check-out are both a breeze. The interior ...

I booked with this Holiday Inn primarily because the website featured in room "refrigerator", and I planned to eat my meals in my room. The tiny cooler was not adequate, but the staff was very kind and sympathetic, and I kept ice in the bathroom sink to keep my food and drinks properly chilled. It meant a little extra effort, but it got the job done, and I was otherwise very happy with my experience. Excellent location in Kensington.
Friendly staff, close proximity to Paddington Station, and a large family room made our stay quite enjoyable. We would stay here again.
Close to Victoria Train and subway station. Also have lot of restaurants close by to choose from.
Loved the convenient location, helpful staff- walk everywhere, Newer and well designed
