We stayed in the Junior Sweet and found it very spacious and elegant. The hotel was within walking distance of several nice restaurants and I would highly recommend Steak n Co for dinner. This hotel is just a few minute walk from the Gloucester Tube station, making arrivals and departures very easy. ...
Excellent location Friendly staff Very Standard food, nothing special Focus on volume and not quality With some investment and attention to details it could be a great hotel Restaurant could be open for a little bit longer, closing at 9:30 is not good We enjoyed our stay but expected much more from ...
This was my 4th visit to the Grange St. Paul Hotel. The staff are consistently professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. I have yet to have anything other than a positive interaction with the staff. The rooms are of a consistently high quality; comfortable beds and pillows, televisions work ...
Hotel is very nice. Great comfortable stay if you need to fly out of Stansted. I woke up at 4:52 and was checked in for my flight by 5:20 am, utilizing the airport bus (I slept in and still made it). Their breakfast starts at 4am! Incredible, wish I cold have tried it but was running late. Airport ...
We stayed at this hotel since it was close to the Excel London conference center. About 12 min by taxi. It's also a 10 min walk to Canada Place for shopping and trains to everywhere. Canary Wharf is a fine area. The room was spartan. My bed had a concave mattress. The hotel staff was nice at check-in. ...
Some rooms below ground level. I had a very small single room for 2 nights that was updated and very clean with a comfortable bed. There was work going on above me that lasted until 11 pm on my first night after a long overseas flight. Staff apologized. After my tour I stayed two more nights in a ...
We have stayed here before. Rooms pretty small. Streetside rooms can get some traffic noise. Staff needs to respond more quickly to requests such as dealing with a room heater that wouldn't turn on in late Nov. Brrr!
We were very pleased with our 3 night stay. We took the train from Heathrow to the hotel for 6 pounds each and we’re greeted by friendly and efficient staff. We used the train system to travel to London each day and it only took about 15 minutes. Hotel staff answered all our questions and helped with loacal information. Lots of eateries in the immediate area. Room was small and poorly ventilated, but very clean and modern.
Everything about the stay was perfect with the exception of their strict 3:00 check in policy, which they clearly state.
Loved the convenient location, helpful staff- walk everywhere, Newer and well designed
