The staff were nice. The rooms were not in the best condition. The microwave ran so loudly, you could hear it in the next room. Carpet was frayed. one of the TV's did not work. Maintenance came several times to try to fix it. Didn't get the job done before we left. The exercise room was excellent. The resort is quiet and off the main road.

Walls are thin had trouble sleeping with the people in the unit making noise all night. Nice room did need some maintenance. Great location to the strip. If stay there make sure to stay in the top floor.

Our rooms were clean, but the beds were terrible. Furniture was worn and scratched and dirty socks were left in the washer. The mirrored closet doors in the bedrooms had huge cracks in them and there was a slight odor in the unit. We were provided with what we needed in the unit, but this was nothing like any other RCI resort I've ever stayed at and I have been traveling with RCI since the 80's.

The beds were not that soft but extra blankets helped as more padding. The kitchen was not well stocked but all requests were provided. The lounge was closed and with lots of rain by kids really missed using it. Place was quite and clean. Rooms needs some remodeling updates. Also needs room darkening blinds. Luckily we had a light weight blanket in car that worked well as a curtain. Easter egg hunt on Saturday was nice tough for kids. Outdoor equipment needed replaced. Basketballs for court were flat. The second building seemed newer that one by pool were we stayed. Improvement were in the works up not complete. I would go back up still not think the fees are necessary. I don’t think you got better services with the fees. Staff was nice and did a good job fulfilling requests. Stay was ok. Had issue that microwave light didn’t work but was repaired right away.

Clean but if you are wanting a resort, I don't call it a resort. Everything was in good working order with new Whirlpool appliances. It has a great location if you want peace and quiet. It was close to where we wanted to be.

Got this at a steal from RCI. We could immediately see why. If I could have given this a zero rating I would, and I don’t think I’ve ever rated anything this low on trip advisor before. Rooms need updated, and parking is a nightmare. As for the services....they specifically charge for room cleaning BUT no one even comes in your room. Only after you check out! And when you check out, they want you to run the dishwasher and set the trash outside. While you are staying...they don’t make the beds or change the linens because they don’t come in your room. You need new towels? Well you have to go knock on a certain door at a certain time to get them. (Felt like I was going to a speakeasy). I’m being serious here! Glass on windows was broken. Sprinkler system head in the room was leaking. Disaster. They had some nice features outside like the mini golf course but not worth the trade off of just taking care of their customers. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t ever recommend to ANYONE for ANY reason.

This facility was decent. Not great by any means but not horrendous either. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean (except for the carpets which looked well worn). The furniture was dated and the beds were not comfortable. I wish they would’ve given us a comforter but instead we got two thick sheets?? The room is heated/cooled by large window units which we found difficult to regulate. We were either freezing or too hot. The kitchen had the bare minimum of kitchen supplies and they were all super cheap and small. We could barely fix breakfast with the supplies given so plan on bringing your own if you plan on cooking. The hallways and elevators were clean. They were also doing some work to a deck while we were there, so we could tell they’re making improvements. My kids enjoyed the outdoor game area. I have stayed in several time share resorts in the Branson area and this was the first one who charged us a $7 per day “resort” fee. Not sure what that was for. My last complaint is that the windows were covered with blinds and not curtains. The blinds were not light blocking at all so the bedrooms were lit up super bright at 7am when the sun came up. We were hoping to sleep in on our vacation, but that didn’t happen for us. I’m sorry to say that we will not be back to this property again.

I got this through RCI at a steal, it took all of five minutes of checking in to figure out why. Don’t expect to have a clean room when housekeeping brings their children to work. The entire place needs updating, frayed carpet, dirty appliances, hair in bathtub, I could keep going but I won’t. About the only good thing I can say about this place is that it is in the quiet place in Branson. I’ve yet to figure out what the resort fee is because this place is far from a resort.

Our room was clean and the staff were helpful. The outdoor gaming area was okay, what kind of games do you expect for free anyway. The best thing about this resort was it’s proximity to all things Branson except Silver Dollar City. Got to country mart for $38 SDC tickets only good on Thursday.

Best thing about for this trip was the location. About a block from the Mansion Theater where the event was held. We ask for a ground level room and that's what we received. Relatively quiet location, yet easy to get to 76 highway.
