The carpet in our unit was nasty. Sharp carpet tacks stabbing our feet where carpet was warn away, was no fun. Bedding blanket had a stain, either green gum, nail polish or something washed in. Kinda gross and made us question cleanliness... The pool was small but nice enough. Pool lounge chairs were awesome 👍👍 Kids loved the mini golf course, but it wasn't an amazing well maintained course. They charged $7 a day to use the amenatiam, thaywas unnecessary. Not our favorite place to stay but better than camping.
Was concerned based on reviews, but the rooms were good. Got a promo rate but even at our price, you can't stay at a Motel 6. Carpet was clean, place was clean, appears upgraded, and the rooms divided by the living room (a plus with kids). Only complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable. Big rooms, nice cool a/cs....yes they are window units which was fine for us. We got the 4th floor in the back which was nice and quiet. Bring something to cover the windows if you don't like the sunlight in the morning. As far as the resort fee, they have a really nice, new gym. I will pay the fee to use that, not many people do. Would definitely come back!
A nice, basic condo. Nothing fancy but well worth the price. Staff are very friendly. The pool was great. Some wear and tear on the furniture (which could do with some updating). Beds, however, were very good. The setup is very good for small children as the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Branson.
You get what you pay for. The price was good so we tried it. The room was basic, but we were encouraged that the windows were tinted, thinking that they would be dark enough to block the light at night. Not so. We were thankful that we only had one night because we didn't get much sleep as it was bright enough from the light outside to seem like dawn all night long.
We unfortunately had to check out within a few hours due to my sister going into labor. We did not get to experience any of the amenities, as we only checked in went to dinner and played mini golf in town. Then had to come back to pack up. The room I can say was spacious perfect size for a small family. We had a view overlooking the rolling hills of Branson, the staff and concierge were friendly and helpful when checking in. I hope we can stay again and experience the amenities they offer such as the pool, a small mini golf course, horseshoes, and grilling area.
The one bedroom unit was very basic. It was clean, quite and convenient to area attractions. Main concern was that it took 3 days of calling and reporting a malfunctioning smoke detector in the bedroom before it was fixed. After 2 days of beeping noise and replacing the battery which didn’t work, I took the detector down.
This is obviously an older/run down facility that has been recentlyredone on the cheap. Many of the fittings were brand new but of poor quality. All of the kitchen equipment was the cheapest possible and isn’t going to hold up well. The table set on tile and was noticeably unlevel. There was a leak under the sink. The cooling units were very noisy. There is a noticable gap around the door to the unit we stayed in. Finally - maybe because it has just been redone, there is a lack of any kind of sign on the front side of the property. We drove by it because it wasn’t labeled. On the other hand, it was clean and pretty quiet. Finally, we were assured we would be able to get a ground unit but that didn’t happen. Of course, someone else was to blame even though my call requesting same had been to Foxbofough.
I have NEVER written a bad review for any business but I cannot keep quite on this one. Staying here is like the worst place I stayed in since I visited a small town in China. You are attacked by flies in the room and we had to arm ourselves with fly swatters day and night. The AC units (yes they still have window units) were not covered so the flies will lodge in the vents all day and night. The beds are old and makes your body ache. There was hair all over the cover and the customer service is horrible. You have to take your own towels to the laundry room and the folks working there are like gestalpos.
I think that whoever originally built the facility also built the Ripley’s Belive It or Not attraction. Some walls and columns not square, and some uneven floors. The general room layout was fine. The staff was ok, but the “Concierge” is actually a timeshare salesman. No help at all, and a waste of time. If you have issues with excess light at night, I suggest you go by Homedepot and get a 10’ x 25’ roll of black plastic and a roll of painter’s tape (in the paint dept.). This will cover up to 6ea. 4’x9’ windows. The wood slat blinds won’t do anything for the dusk to dawn lights. Otherwise, it is very quiet and has good access to whatever you are doing in Branson.
Very clean but the living room, kitchen and bathrooms needs to be updated desperately! The bedrooms have been updated, but that is all! The office employees were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us! It also has a lovely view from the top floor!
