Room was fine for the cost. Staff was courteous. We were in a non-smoking room on the second floor. When we took showers or were in the bathroom with the light on the fan automatically turns on. There were numerous times there was a distinct smell of Marijuana. Also lots of Marijuana smells in the stairwells. Now that it is legal it is everywhere and it stinks. I woke up to the smell more than a few times. Next time we are in Branson we will try to find a hotel that has no smoking in all rooms. It was fine for a very inexpensive stay(around $120 for 2 nights). We are not too fancy, we just wanted a couple of nights away from home to hang out. Had a great time would prefer no Marijuana smell, but you get what you pay for. Thanks!

Room was clean coffee pot with coffee hair dryer nice indoor pool great breakfast eggs, sausage biscuit and gravy cereal waffles staff was very friendly would stay here again. Nice shower head. Towels were dated. Nice mini fridge with a top freezer. Bought a bag of ice, so we didn’t have to go to ice machines so often.

Hot tub not hot and not working, waffles were bad, rubbery, bad aftertaste, and then adding one more day to me stay was like pulling teeth and ended up not staying an extra day because of it.

My husband’s office caught on FIRE while we were traveling. We made it to mountain home and had to turnaround. I called to cancel the 3 night stay knowing I would have to pay for the first night. It was around 7 pm when I called that we had to head back to his business and our home. We were still charged all THREE NIGHTS. Please correct this. I called and spoke to at least 3 different customer service knowing we would be responsible for the first night. Any help is appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay, the motel shows its age but was priced great and in a nice location. The only drawback is the stairs are very noisy due to being wood on metal and we could hear everything coming up and down, people, luggage, children, etc. We would stay again just further from the stairs!

As always the beds are the most comfortable we have slept in at any hotel in Branson. Clean room. They do need to renew some of their electric outlets. They are very loose.
