I had a flight be delayed overnight and thankfully this property was available! I just needed a room for the night and this room was perfect! Room, bathroom and kitchen area were all super clean! My bedroom was very simple but came equipped with a fan and a desk which came in handy! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

The stay was comfortable and easy. All rooms were clean and a full kitchen and complimentary stocked pantry made meals quick and simple. Almost everything was within walking distance (food stores, restaurants, and upper Dorcester). All signs and house rules posted in clear sight and simple to follow

Despite the contrast with the BnB down the south, this place is, in the most basic term, a bed and breakfast. Situated somewhere outside Downtown Boston, it gives a lot of reason to enjoy your stay. It’s a couple blocks away from a local coffee shop, bar, cinema & shopping center so there’s always something to do. It is a couple miles away from the heart of the city, so there’s a lot more to explore outside the neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and the house rules were straight to the point. If you’re looking for a quick in-n-out situation, then this is the perfect place for you! I would definitely come here again.

We arrived and someone had been in our room. The bed was not made there were dirty dishes on the nightstand and a used towel on bed. It was pretty gross, and we were very disappointed. No refund or discount were offered. We were able to track down the host and he said he would make up our room We left and went out to dinner. When we returned the bed was made with clean sheets (at least I think they were clean) Again, pretty gross and no refund or discount given.
