- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.

3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.

4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 15 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.

5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.

Modern, Clean, and Lots of Space

The space looks like it was just renovated. It was clean and had new appliances. The bed rooms all have one bed and a bunk bed. You could really cram a lot of guess in the house. The living space is large with a sectional sofa that can fit 6-8, a kitchen table with room for 6. The parking spots in back are pretty tight, but there was plenty of street parking out front. If you have a bigger vehicle, I'd park out front.
