"The room was a good size, with good lighting and air conditioning that worked well. However, despite being recently remodeled, there were several disappointing issues. The towels were rough, and the carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly—I actually stepped on someone’s rotted tooth. Absolutely disgusting. The electrical outlets near the headboard were falling out of the wall, which was concerning. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment, and housekeeping took about 45 minutes to bring extra coffee. Also, there is no restaurant serving breakfast, only a coffee shop offering sandwiches. Overall, the room had some positives, but cleanliness, maintenance, and service need improvement."
