Amazing property in excellent condition, walking distance away from Heavenly and minutes away by car from Tahoe Blvd. The rooms are modern, neat, tastefully done and ours came with a kitchenette that came in handy for our family. I had an adjoining room and both rooms were clean and quiet although one had a noisy heater when turned on. ATM wasn’t working and front desk staff couldn’t help me get cash out. Pool was small but heated. We had a nice stay.

Skiers and snowboarders beware...
This used to be my favorite place to try to stay for my weekend trips to Heavenly. The place has a super location right near the lifts, which used to provide a great place to stay and enjoy a nice convenient access to the mountain without having to deal with the frantic parking game that day-trippers need to deal with. Well, that convenience is gone thanks to their new policy. They basically sent me an email late on Saturday afternoon telling me that me and all my luggage and my car needed to be off their property by 10AM sharp the next morning by checkout, period. Who books a hotel for a weekend stay (Friday and Saturday nights), conveniently right next to lifts so they can ski, just so that Sunday becomes a mess trying to deal with the car? They suggested "getting up early" to go park somewhere. So that you can then later carry all your stuff from your room all the way to your new parking spot a mile away when you've checked out? This hotel has almost completely negated whatever benefit they had with their location, in my opinion, which is sad. In addition, the bed was not very good. It was sloped down on both sides, so that my wife and I both felt like we wanted to roll off the sides of the bed.

We enjoyed our three-day ski trip staying at this hotel, located very close to the Heavenly CA base lifts. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the lobby, they provide the storage for skis and valet parking. Even though no restaurant on site, we walked a block away to have dinner at a very nice German restaurant every evening. Our hotel king suite is comfy, with a spacious living space, and a small kitchen with microwave oven and a big fridge. Bathroom is nicely equipped and hot shower was great, considering such a cold weather outside. The lighting design is very thoughtful, easy to adjust. We will definitely remember this hotel and come back next time.

Great being steps from the Heavenly Tram, but DO NOT accept a room on the Heavenly side of the hotel. If it snows they start plowing the Tram Parking lot between 2-3am. You can hear the loud beeping of the reverse warning beeps comimg from the heavy equipment across the street. Makes for super, super long days when you're shredding the mountain and only getting a few hours of sleep each night. No coffee in the Lobby until 8am. No restaurant. Local Restaurants in the Village are $15-20 Uber rides away. Staff is actually super friendly, but the front desk doesn't open until 8am, so make sure you have extra coffee in your room and be sure you to get in the market for snacks and water before you turn in for the night!
