The room was very clean. I appreciated that there were doors that could be closed when my husband wanted to sleep in and I got up early to read. I appreciated the fireplace. It made the room very cozy.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The on-site café is a pleasant touch, offering good coffee and a few pastries. However, I wish they served a full breakfast for guests. Other than that, everything was great — we really enjoyed our stay, and this will definitely be my go-to spot in South Lake Tahoe.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Having a laundry on site is very nice. The valet men were wonderful they always were very polite and didnt mind bring the car around a couple of times in one day. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and pool area. Very comfortable.

Wonderful Fall Getaway!

A friend and I had adjoining rooms, each with a sitting room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. The rooms were well equipped, extremely clean, and well insulated against sound. The hotel offers free valet parking and there was never a wait to get our vehicle. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would stay again.

Unnecessary Wait at Check-In Despite Early Arrival

We arrived a little over 30 minutes early but were made to wait until 4:00, as we were told it was their policy. We were sitting across from the front desk, and at 4:00 we had to approach and ask if our room was ready. They then said, “Oh yes.” Both my boyfriend and I have traveled plenty of times before, and we have never had to wait for our room to be ready when arriving slightly earlier. Also our room was not refreshed on the 2nd day.

Great hotel, rude Housekeeping

Check in was great, really good staff and rooms were clean! At 10:05, the housekeepers started banging on our door, walked in and didn’t apologize! Then, another one knocked on the door at 10:15, another at 10:25, and the final one at 10:45. Never once did they ask questions, but each time they used their key to attempt to walk in! I had asked for late checkout and it was never documented by the vacation sales team! Awful!!! Other than the above, the hotel itself is beautiful, the room was clean, the property was clean, the view was nice, the location was perfect! Would give 5 stars if not for the cleaning staff!
