The room was very clean. I appreciated that there were doors that could be closed when my husband wanted to sleep in and I got up early to read. I appreciated the fireplace. It made the room very cozy.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The on-site café is a pleasant touch, offering good coffee and a few pastries. However, I wish they served a full breakfast for guests. Other than that, everything was great — we really enjoyed our stay, and this will definitely be my go-to spot in South Lake Tahoe.

Well appointed hotel with large beds. Very clean and modern. We loved the pool and hot tub area. Shop was expensive and the bar was not open at all during our stay. We loved our view out into the forest and went for an interesting hike to the waterfall just up the road and over the stateline.

Southlake Tahoe, great getaway

Everything was wonderful with our stay. We thought it was certainly price within range and the parking facilities were greatly appreciated as it is tough to find a parking space in Southlake Tahoe. It would’ve been nicer. Had the unit been closer to the lake for the summertime that we were there. I get why it’s so popular during the winter as you are just a block away from heavenly Valley Ski lifts.

Wasnt for me

My only thing was about the room. I got an suite that hold 8 people. I thought it would open area. It was joining rooms. My thing was cause i had 3 children on the trip. And if they wanted to they can lock me out of their room. This wasnt the right motel for me. There breakfast was at the coffee bar. I also thought the motel had a restaurant. Again wasnt for me. On the other hand it was very clean, quiet and very nice staff.

While the property was clean to begin with, there was no cleaning of the room after repeatedly asking for our room to be cleaned. The advertised amenities are actually not there, NO RESTAURANT and NO BAR...they haven't existed since 2020, why does Expedia still list them as currently there. We literally ran out of towels, toilet paper, etc. What could have been a great trip was a bummer.

The hotel lobby is welcoming. The room was spacious and well equipped. There is no bar or food service. If you want to eat a meal, you will need to venture out of the hotel, and you will need a car as it is situated about 1.5 miles away from any dining options. Your car will need to be called up through a valet service. Parking is $28 per day.
