My wife, son and I stopped here on the Friday before Memorial Day. Glad we had made reservations as the interstate was packed and this place is at the head of a large construction area and it was backed up for miles around the place. It was cleared out early Saturday morning when we continued on to Destin, Florida. Nice, professional staff, a great (bonus for me) bacon breakfast and overall clean hotel. It is close to a couple of restaurants including the Mexican joint across the street to which we walked. I didn't sleep the best as the mattress was much stiffer than my home mattress. My biggest kick was that the door on the west end of the building would not open with a key card. The guy at the front desk said it had been like that for a long time and that there was a sign up. The manager in a reply to my Choice Hotels survey replied that it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't and that they had it repaired several times. No sign about it not being a reentry point as the desk clerk said was seen. I just stuck a cup in the door when I walked outside to get articles out of my truck. It was a bit trashy under the bushes in front of the hotel and when my wife went to throw a few items in the floorboard of vehicle away before we pulled out the next morning, she had to go all of the way inside the front door. I'd suggest a few cans on the sidewalk in front to accommodate customers and keep the place cleaner. Other than that it was a very good/excellent stay.

Stayed May 3-4,2018 In a king room. From the time we entered the hotel til we left folks were very nice. The check in clerk was great and the breakfast lady was super. She not only kept up witht he food so is would not run out but kept the tables and the whole area spotless. Breakfast was really good including bacon with the eggs or waffle. We slept sound and quiet even though the hotel is a short distancew from the interstate. We could not have asked for a better place to stay the night.

My husband and I just came back from a lovely weekend with an overnight stay in this hotel. The hotel is conveniently situated near major highways but is very quiet. The building is well appointed and maintained, with lovely decorative touches in the lobby and each floor. Our room (rear side of the hotel, 3rd fl.) was great - nice smelling (not strong, just delicate), clean, spacious, with comfortable beds with cozy, comfortable bedding, excellent overhead lights above each bed, plenty of lights in the room overall and plenty of outlets (electrical and USB). Good wi-fi connection. Nice bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. The windows can be opened to let fresh air in. The best breakfast selection we've seen in a great while - hot foods (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy), boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, cream cheese, coffee, teas, juices. The staff is very professional, polite, and accommodating. We would especially like to thank Ashley for her assistance in booking the hotel and Sullivan (who was at the front desk when we arrived) for finding us exactly the room we wanted, already perfectly cleaned, even though the rooms were still being cleaned after a large group's departure. The outdoor swimming pool is seasonal (April-September), with plenty of chairs and tables to relax or sunbathe.

We didn’t make prior reservations before coming back from our family vacation in Destin Fl when all of a sudden we found ourselves tired and driving in a downpour. A lot of other people must have found themselves in the same situation as we tried searching for hotel rooms that were all full for the night. Thankfully the reviewers on TripAdvisor came thru once again with a great hotel. We were thankful for the quick service we received checking in and found the hotel to be very clean. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. Our family had 3 different rooms and we found each to be really nice. They had a nice breakfast that even had bacon 🥓. We couldn’t believe what a great deal we got on such a great room. We wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. It’s a very nice hotel 😊

Close to I-65S. Easy on and off. Lots of choices of restaurants that you can walk too. The hotel lobby is very welcoming. Wide open and nicely decorated lobby with a large dining area. The front desk is very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms have microwave and mini refrigerator. Very clean . The bed was comfortable with comfy bedding . Definitely staying here again and the price was right!

Easy to make the reservation online. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Beds slept well. Good showers. Breakfast was well supplied and tasty. Overall, just a great place for us to stay en route to Florida.

Stopped here overnight on way to beach vacation in FL. The hotel was clean and basic, nice for a one night stay. Breakfast buffet was good, with nice hot and cold variety. This hotel was a bit more pricey than others on our route, but we booked too late to get some of the better deals. Beds are true double beds, not queen sized, which makes for a tight fit for a family with sleep-kicking kids! Still, we were happy to have a nice, clean place to stay. Two-Pesos, the Mexican restaurant next door, was really good!

I made my reservation on the Choice Hotel Website and upon arriving I was immediately greeted and recognized as a Choice Privileges Member. Check In was quick and I was in my room in not time at all. The room was clean, very well attended and the bed very comfortable. The wireless internet was strong and worked well during my stay. Breakfast was the usual cereal, fruit, eggs and a meat, juice and coffee. The breakfast area was well stocked and well attended throughout the advertised time. The staff at this hotel are very professional and make you fell welcome. I was very pleased with my stay and will stay here again when in the Birmingham area.

My wife and I stayed there on art trip to Orange Beach for just one night. Trip Advisor reviews we're right on. This was a very clean hotel. Free breakfast was ok and pretty standard. Everything was kept filled and hot. Would highly recommend staying there if needing a clean place to stay with lots of places to eat around you. Gave it 5 stars because of cleanliness and price.

The room were clean, roomy and well furnished. The breakfast was very good and replenish when needed. Easy on and off I65. The parking was very convent to the front door and seem very safe, The parking lot had good lighting
