The property was clean. My room was clean and large. I gave 2 lower ratings due to these things. The breakfast was not as good as other Hampton's I've stayed in. Omelettes were only served 1 of 5 days I was there. The shower in my room had very low volume out of the shower head. A pool is advertised, but it is actually at an adjacent hotel. Overall the stay was above average, but not the best stay I've had at a Hampton
Noisy and building construction outside and lack of parking
Room was clean. Breakfast was poor. Front desk attendees were very friendly and helpful.
Bad tv hard to operate hotel is in bad place can’t see from highway
I liked the friendly staff and the clean rooms. The Aircondition kept shorting off at night, I did not like that.
The desk staff were very cordial and accommodating. They were very pleasant at every encounter. The room cleaning staff was accommodating and very kind. We were in the room and didn’t want full turn over service, but just trash removed and towels exchanged. They were very kind and helpful. Our stay was for my daughter to recover from surgery and we ended up staying all week. The accommodations were perfect, the staff was great. The parking is typically wonderful but occasionally can become difficult due to overflow guests at a nearby restaurant parking at the hotel.
Enroute to Florida with two-year-old, booked online, walked in and got key. Room was clean, and breakfast was good. No issues with parking security, though hotel shares parking with several restaurants.
This hotel was luxury for less -- wonderful atmosphere in common area, very nice breakfast area, all very well decorated. The room was as expected for a Hampton Inn -- very much above the cut compared to other chain hotels.
Check-in staff very professional. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but floor was sticky - had never seen that before in a Hampton. I imagine if I stayed more than 1 night I would complain and I bet they would fix it. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Nice fluffy towels. Would go there again. Would recommend a small shorter sign by the actual drive/entrance off Cahaba Valley Rd.
Yes I had a wonderful stay at my hotel . Everything was nice the room and room service . On top of it the breakfast was good .
Location was good, the staff friendly and the room was very clean.
Overall a nice 10 day stay. It was a bit frustrating that there were very few TV channels due to a lightning strike months ago. Very helpful staff. I left a load of laundry in the guest dryer for just over an hour only to return to it neatly folded on the counter.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortablet. We will stay here on our next visit.
Lobby was very attractive and personnel friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.
The staff, room, and location were excellent. Everything about the stay was excellent. Thanks.
The stay was horrible because I was billed again for the room even when I showed the desk clerk I paid Orbitz on 07/14/09. He assured me I wouldn't be billed twice. I get home and check my bank account and it has a debit again for the room. I hope this gets straighten out soon or I'll never stay at another Hampton again.
