There needs to be a few things fixed by maintenance. For instance, my shower door handle fell off. Could use some cosmetic touch ups like chipping paint, but overall very nice. I loved my king suite. Reasonably priced, too.

Staff was friendly but they are clearly understaffed/under supported by IHG. Breakfast unavailable because of staffing, broken elevator, shower/bathroom was dirty and linens had stains. Wouldn’t recommend unless they get proper staffing to address these issues.
