Stayed here recently (01/18/18), and the hotel is decorated and updated nicely. When we arrived, there was a dirty qu-tip in the elevator but after coming back from eating, it was gone. As I was changing to go to church, I noticed a ladybug on the curtains, called down to the front desk, they sent maintence straight up. He investigated and told us that they just treated the hotel for them and that we shouldn’t have any other problems. We didn’t and they comped up 2 breakfasts, which was nice. All in all, not a bad hotel.

Great o/nite stay! We were on our way to SC. This was almost the 1/2 way point of 12hr road trip. We had to leave early am to reach our destination by 3pm. Hotel was very nice.

Our first room had been broken into at some point. The second room the door actually shut and locked. The room itself was very dusty and stayed dusty even though we had housekeeping everyday. The indoor pool was very cold and the water was murky, not inviting at all. The front desk people were very friendly. They did say the whole place was getting gutted and remodeled soon.

Was good location. Medium comfort. Restaurant was closed for dinner or lunch.

overall the hotel looks good in the lobby but the rooms and hallways are in need of update. Stained hallway carpets on both the second and fourth floor were not a good start to the visit. the rooms while clean were in need of maintenance. Light bulb out in bath, chipped paint on door frames, loose sink faucet; missing sink drain cap. The rooms are dark with dark brown paint on trim, window treatments look shabby and old, Mattresses were soft and somewhat lumpy but not uncomfortable. Staff was friendly but not really helpful. I did not have my rewards number and the staff could not look it up. I did get it on line myself. Wireless did not work in one room and the TV picture was snowy and the remote did not work, Staff said they were having internet problems. It was not fixed. Did not use the restaurant given the overall condition of the place and there are lots of alternative eateries around. Given the many alternatives in the area, I'd find another hotel when I visit again. Definitely not up to standards

This was our second stay at this hotel and will not be our last. We found it to be very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is very quiet but yet not far from the interstate. There are restaurants close by or dining in the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable! Clean and appealing to the eye. The ice machine was broken on my floor but I just went to another

After a 12 hour drive we arrived early asked for an early check in was told they would have the room ready by 10 am came back there was a shift change and they had not communicated about the room was told to come back at 1. Once check in asked to have a crib placed in the room waited 2 hours crib never showed up had to call front desk to remind them to bring the crib.

I paid for a suite and when I arrived, I was told that the suites were overbooked. I stayed in a room with a king bed on the first night. I asked iif a suite was available for the second night, and I did get a suite for the second night. Are you going to credit back anything to my credit card for the first night????

When I checked in the staff was super nice and the rooms was super clean

Stayed there race weekend, everything was great, nice clean room, nice staff...went in clerk s was on phone asoon as he got off which was just a few seconds later he waited on us, even the housekeeper on my floor pointed me to my room, slept well all went great, next time i come down for a race hope to stay there again.......paul g.

Room was nice enough but staff left something more desired. The first indication staff needed help was at breakfast when we ordered off the menu instead of the buffet and I am convinced the waitress went to the buffet and got the scrambled eggs my son ordered and then the once over easy eggs I ordered were served with uncooked whites. Sent back to cook to again receive still runny whites. Eat at the I-Hop just down the street, better food, better service. As leaving to a meeting the next morning I had a coffee cup I wanted to discard but the trash was running over next to the complimentary coffee so i asked the front desk if they could dispose of it-I got the worst smirk from the clerk who then took the cup outside to discard the cup in an overflowing receptacle next to the front door. Lastly, went swimming and all the towels were dirty in the pool area. Asked the desk clerk for some towels and she said she didn't think they had any extra but looked around and found some small hand towels for us to use. Did not meet expectations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is new and comfortable; great bed. Easy to use free wireless internet. I don't care for "modern" decor, but that's just me.

Hard to find this hotel. Very nice and accomodating staff. Dated. Room was clean but common areas were not. Just needs a facelift.

This hotel is tucked back away from a major road, so you do not hear any traffic.

The pool area was nice, the resturant was good, and the decor of the hotel was nice and modern. My girlfriend and I enjoyed that there was shopping area, resturants and the movie theater nearby...

Very nice facilities in a very good location. Many amenities. Restaurant looked nice, but we didn't eat there due to schedule. Only thing missing is a hot tub to go with the indoor pool. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel was perfect and great restaurant. I was really pleased and will definitely stay here again and again.

The Holiday Inn was great. The beds were wonderful. Each room has a little refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel is new and the room's furnishings reflected this.
