This is a 1 star hotel and I’m sorry I chose it. The pics made it look shiny and cared for, it is not. I checked in at 8:pm, was awakened repeatedly, showered and checked out at 2:am. A waste of $100 and my time. The staff members I met seemed burnt out and frustrated. The hallways and room smelled musty and dirty. The room itself, aside from comfy well made bed, was just cheap and awkward. The $10 coffee maker has to be carried across the room to be plugged into a sketchy outlet in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush right and the shower backed up 3” deep of water. I fell asleep and was awakened by a generator or compressor running on the other side of the wall in a locked room labeled “employees only” I called the front desk and was told there’s no compressor in there and I’ve never been in, I don’t even have a key. …I slept 2 hours, was woken again and left…

I gave this 2 stars because the room was very dirty with build up of filth for a long time on light switches, lamps and the bathroom sink even clogged. The carpets looked like they've never been cleaned. The pillows had been washed and dried so many times they were just lumps in a sack. I literally went to the store and bought a can of Lysol spray just to get through the night with some sort of surface cleanliness. Customer service was awesome though. Lobby gave good vibes, building outside was in good condition. Parking lot not well lit. But again the front desk staff were the nicest people

The staff was very friendly at check-in. The room was nice and clean. The only detraction from this property is that the breakfast options weren't appealing to me, but there are several other options in the area. I would definitely stay here again
