Room was nice and clean. Few minor maintenance issues that should be taken care of before problems in the future arise. All the staff were friendly. We would stay again.

Check in was very fast and efficient. The front desk clerk was very nice and informative. The 2nd night my electronic door sensor burnt up and i was unable to get into my room. Both front desk clerks called in the maintenance person who lived 1.5 hours away. He was there with in an hour. He worked on it for a few hours and fixed the issue. I truly appreciated the prompt service and attention to this issue. While locked out they made everything very comfortable.

Checked in at 9:30 pm expecting a double queen room and a fold out sofa (because that is what I booked) and was told they only had king beds left. We were given room keys to a room that was clearly dirty and occupied, and when I went back downstairs to the from desk they had to search for a room to put us in. When they found one, it smelled like wet dog, had no tv remote, and no linens for the pullout sofa that my 13 year old son and 9 year old daughter now had to share. I typically do not write reviews, even negative ones, but I was wholly unimpressed with this stay that cost us over 200 dollars for the night.
