It was okay stay however the rooms and hallways had a really bad odor. We stayed in building 2. They really need to clean and get the scent out .. I was disappointed in the smell.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property is utterly disgusting. The carpets were stained, there was blood and feces on the wall. The refrigerator and freezer were filthy. The bathroom was covered in mold. The pillows had blood stains on them.

Visible dirt on floors in hallways and Room. Shower dirty, handles dirty. interior and exterior not clean or updated. did not feel safe around hotel.

Clerk was very friendly when we checked in. The only probably i saw was a new coffee pot was needed for the room.

I didnt like the fact that the wifi didnt work and i was not told when checking in. Then someone lnocked on my door and told me there were too many people in the room i paid for.

I woke up with red marks all over, which are bed bug bites. The stink in the hallway is horrible, smells like death, and the floors are dirty. The overall stay was horrible, money just thrown away.

It feels very homelike, the staff was very helpful

The hotel room had a cleaner smell, so we asked for another room. The staff was very helpful, and found another room very quickly. The rooms had everything I needed. They had some imperfections like missing light cover. Also, the breakfast had many gluten free options. I enjoyed my stay and think I will stay there again. It was a good room at a great price.

Thanks!! Everything was great I would be great experience to recommend someone else to stay..

Average hotel with amenities. Great location! Facilities were clean. Only complaint would be beds were uncomfortable.

Room was fine. Insulation not good as whenever anyone upstairs used the bathroom you could hear. Called down to desk twice and phone rang 30 times and then was put on hold for over 5 minutes both times.

My apologies for not providing an extraordinary stay. Not making excuses but like most places in the world since covid things have been extremely hard with staffing and getting things done. Please try not to hold it against us forever and consider staying with us in the future. Best regards..

Thank you for the review. I apologize for the internet. We had hopes that the issue would be fixed at any moment and took a while to fix. As far as knocking on the door, we have to address noise complaints (if that was the reason someone came in the first place) and issues with too many people in rooms because of fire codes in Homewood. Regardless, I apologize for both of the issues.
