It's was nice and clean, and a great rate. Nice being close to the interstate and numerous fast-food options. I was staying there because of an emergency and the front desk staff was very kind to me.

We stayed one night. The hotel is nice, staff is good. The rooms are nice although our bed mattress is soft. Beware there is no carpet in the room. On the plus side there is full size refrigerator with a stovetop and sink which is nice. The hotel was quiet and close to gas station and restaurants.

I have never had a worse experience with a hotel. I paid online and for the first time I paid the extra for insurance. The front desk clerk refused to give us a room even though there were several vacancies. There was nothing she was willing to do because of a policy. I booked it at midnight and tried checking in at 3:30am. She said I was after the audit so there was absolutely nothing she was willing to do. Something needs to be done to avoid this from happening again and furthermore training should be implemented into resolving such a simple issue.

I had a VERY clean room. Staff was friendly. Kitchen was ok. The room was small and bare, had blinds, instead of curtains, which did not block out the parking lot light and made it hard to sleep.

Always excellent service and nice room! The front desk staff is exceptional. They have a beer and wine bar and limited food service but at least you have the option of some food choices.

This is my third time staying there the first two times the first time I stayed there the room I was given was not clean. The bed was not made so I got transferred to another room. The second stay the bed was made this time, but someone had went to the bathroom and did not flush the toilet nor was the bathroom cleaned This time. The room was clean. Bed was made but again the bathroom sink you could tell did not get clean as there was hair all over it just think they need to do a little better job at making sure things are clean.

Very basic room. It was clean. Liked that there was no carpet. Location good. Bed a bit hard and frame was noisy, water flow in shower weak. No black out shades so lots of light came in the window at night.
