The front doors and the doors to the elevators make it incredibly challenging to use the luggage cart to bring items in and out of the hotel. For the inner doors I was told to scan my key on a nearby wall and then go to the door and quickly open it. You are given three seconds to do this. It took multiple tries even without the luggage cart before it opened. No one at the front desk tells you this or helps. And they are right there watching. Luckily, another guest was willing to help. The front doors are no better.

The best part of this hotel was the young staff member working so hard by himself with many customers to take care of. He was so sweet, and was the highlight of the trip. We arrived August 12,2025. The room was equipped with very little. There was no coffee maker, hair dryer or even soap. All of these items were expected to be picked up by the guest at front counter during open hours. I went down 4 times, however there was always a large lineup with just one young man working. Finally in the evening my husband went to the front desk and they were out of soap. Soap. Think about it, no soap. If I owned a hotel and I was out of soap, I’d go to the Sam’s Club next door and grab some! The rooms were clean, just empty of anything one may need with the exception of towels, toilet paper, and a made bed. I won’t be returning.

Huge room, no carpet, very short beds, no ice machine, no breakfast, no pool, full sized fridge and cooktop, super clean. The room above us was very loud! You could hear every stomp they took, not the hotels fault just inconsiderate guess. It worked for us for the night. Would say its more of an adult hotel than kid friendly. Front desk gal was super nice.

Check-in was smooth and quick. Person that helped us was very friendly and efficient. Some of the common areas needed cleaned. For example, the elevator had a big dust ball or something that I thought was a mouse at first! Room was nice and clean though. Obviously updated fairly recently. Bed was comfortable. No shampoo or soap provided in the bathroom though, so you'd better have your own. Very good value compared to prices of other properties in the area for this time of year. We would stay there again.

Considerable water damage in the bathroom from the unit above. No soap/shampoo and no breakfast. Front desk employee was really welcoming and nice. Not horrible for a quick overnight stay, but would probably recommend something different if you’re intending to stay for a longer period of time.
