This "exended stay" property has absolutely no kitchen supplies and almost no other supplies, such as a box of kleenex. Although the kitchen is large with a full-sized refrigerator, there was not a plate or spoon to be had. Amazing! I called down to ask for a plastic fork so that we could eat our leftover lunches and was told they were out. Why would you have a full kitchen with nothing in it? For the price, this place was not worth it. If you stay here, you should be prepared to pack plates, spoons, a coffeemaker, salt and pepper!

Wouldn’t be my first choice in Billings

Daytime front desk manager(she/her) was unprofessional and at times rude. Chain smoked outside the hotel during our stay. Built in 2024 but felt like a much older hotel(see attached photos). Place was not clean and had to sweep it ourselves to not be grossed out. The kitchen is completely bare (our fault for not knowing they want to sell you pots and pans to cook with). Otherwise pretty quiet during our stay.
2024 build with a waterfall shower?
Couple of critters welcomed us in the bathtub.
No mopping going on. Purple stains all over.
Don’t think their broom works under the beds or in corners.

Beware of Hidden Fees called Deposits

The website says they charge 10$ per pet, with a 50$ deposit. When I arrived on site to check in they said the deposit wasn't refundable. I told the front clerk that if you don't refund was a fee, not a deposit as advertised and what the clerk said. With that fee, the room was almost double in cost.
