The building is locked down in the evening, meaning if you want entry you need to either swipe your room

Great rooms! Very clean and attractive. I honestly didn't want to leave and considered staying another day. The only small things that I didn't like is that they didn't have trial-sized toothpaste and housekeeping walked in hours before checkout time. I don't know why the hotel stipulates that they can walk into a room at anytime every 24 hours. I think that it's a complete violation of privacy and an unnecessary risk posed to guests who may have valuables laying around. But, overall, the room was so nice, comfortable, and clean that I can overlook these few things. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear full conversations in the hall. I should also mention that the location is in a PRIME AREA and has just about every restaurant, retail store, Walmarts galore, groceries, within walking distance or a 2 mile drive. OfficeDepot was right outside in the next parking lot which was a big deal for me while on a business trip. Need to go back to the area again in July but don't know if I will stay given the hotel policy to walk into a room at anytime..

The hotel staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was dirty (i.e. stained towels, stained sheets, dirty shower tiles). Overall, this place is gross and needs to be updated. Will not return.

Very comfortable stay during a very busy weekend. There were bus loads of adults and children staying at the hotel for what must have been sports related events that weekend and even with a full hotel it was comfortable, quiet and well maintained.

If you stay here as for the side opposite of the freeway. Noise from the freeway make sleeping difficult. Sound proofing was not very good. They could use double pane windows on the freeway side.

All the staff was great. We loved the room. A great and convenient location.

Event attended: Parent's Weekend/Dad's Weekend at UArk - We usually stay at another chain in Fayetteville during UArk events and this was our first stay at this Hyatt Place. We were so pleased with everything that it will be hard for us to return to our former property even despite the distance from the University! The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and the layout of the room allowed Dad to work early in the morning without disturbing our sleeping teenager. I can only hope that Hyatt has a plan to add a second Hyatt Place in Fayetteville proper!

Very comfortable. Would recommend it. A little close to the highway.

Great place to stay while on Business. Staff was pleasant and made good dining recommendations. Breakfast was good with hot options.

For it being the Hyatt I was not to empressed bathroom was small in need of upgrade other than that stay was ok. No indoor pool which was disappointing.

Great location easy to find friendly staff, cozy beds and pillows clean free breakfast great price

Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious. Hot breakfast was very good.

Staff is fantastic. Comfortable and clean place to stay.

Practical, clean, well located. The enthusiastic personnel is fantastic. They DO make a big difference.

This hotel wasn't the cheapest option in the area, but it's worth the price. Very clean, new, spacious rooms, nice trendy decor. Staff was extremely efficient and helpful. They have a good hot breakfast, and the location is perfect. Would recommend!

Once again, nice place, very clean and tastefully decorated. Nice staff. Would stay again. Good location for convenient restaurants and easy access to highway.

Had a little trouble getting the card key to the door to work, but staff was very nice and we got it fixed. Room was attractively decorated, comfortable and clean which is what is most important to me. Towels a little small and stiff but for the price of the room, I was satisfied. This is not a" luxury" hotel but it is very nice. I have stayed here several times for quick trips and have always been happy with the experience.

as soon as i walked in the hyatt place i knew we were going to love it. the first thing i noticed was how modern it was and then i was greeted by friendly staff, when i looked to my right i saw a starbucks (my favorite). i liked being close to the mall and all the fun stuff to do. it was a wonderful hotel and we will be returning as soon as we can thnks so much!

I called prior to our arrival to notify the hotel that we would be arriving late, after 2 am. When I spoke with the hotel rep, [...], she asked for my name, put me on hold, got back to me quickly and called me by name. She thanked me for waiting and assured me that there would be no problem with late arrival. When we arrived at the hotel, I had the pleasure of being checked in by [...]. She was expedient and courteous. My info had not been entered into the computer so she did that very quickly. She gave me the "here's what you need to know tour" and sent me on my way.The room was even better than pictured on the webiste. The sectional sofa was a nice touch!

Thank you so much for completing a survey on your recent stay. We will make sure to address the issue with anyone smoking close the hotel, as the signs outside state they must be at minimum 10 feet away from entry. We will make sure this is enforced. We hope to have you stay with us again on any future visit to NW Arkansas. Have a great week. General Manager Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville, AR
