Disappointing for two reasons: breakfast buffet over at 9:00, sharp. Getting 3 kids mobilized after a later check in difficult. Never heard of such a premature end to breakfast. Secondly, pool extremely cold and hot tub extremely hot. Additionally, hot tub jets anemic- technically, they were on but anything but therapeutic with the type of jets. After our long journey, we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub with working jets.

Just an overnight stay close to airport. Check in was easy and breakfast ok.

We enjoyed are stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Would stay there again.

bathroom could have been cleaner. very noisy near airport. and loud pipes from next room. jacuzzi broken just a hot tub. disappointing place.

Good enough to be comfortable, clean an affordable. You get what you pay for.

Went to Bangor for a quick overnight shopping trip, stayed at the Fairfield Inn due to pricing and availability. The rooms have been refreshed within the last year or so, nice and bright. Our room was exceptionally quiet. The free breakfast is a nice bonus, but be patient. The lay-out of the breakfast area could use a revamp due to bottle necks, but if you are not in a rush, it's fine.

Last minute flight problems left me stranded in Bangor. Found this hotel and loved it. Slept great, and dinner was right around the corner.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, comfortable for the most part although a little small. The excersize facilities and pool area amenities were very nice after a long day of flying. Breakfast was ok. Choices were limited to a great deal of bread options but overall good. The location was very easy to access and parking near the front entrance was never an issue. Once inside our rooms we only heard one plane landing so sound insulation was excellent.

Went up for Christmas with family. Hotel is located very close to the airport. Whomever said you can't hear the planes....wrong! They were plenty loud enough to hear. Ever hear of soundproof glass or sheetrock?? Rooms are small when you need to fit a pack-n-play for a baby, towels are scratchy. The room, however was pretty clean. Next time we stay over by the mall. More expensive, but worth it.

Excellent staff with very clean rooms. the included breakfast was a good thing.

nice room and hot tub. Restful. Did find cigarette butt in pool. Good breakfast. Can walk to "Ground Round" for dinner. Nice tv channel selection. Close to end of runway at airport but never heard it when in the room.

Bangor International Airport does not get lots of planes, but the hotel is located near the end of a main runway and the take off jet thrust can be easily heard. Facilities are clean, staff very friendly. We spent two weeks at this hotel and would recommend it to friends. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing at the end of the day.

I was a good stay. The Blankets and towels are very used and need to be replaced.

There is a movie theater next door, very cheap admission. Bring your own pillows. They look great, but flatten too much when you use them.

We used the room as just an overnight stay. We flew into Bangor, rented a car at the airport and got up early the next morning to drive into Canada for 9 days. On the return trip back we stayed here as well. Both experiences were great.

Beautiful room--not your typical hotel/motel furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant, helpful staff. Convenient to airport without hearing airport noise.

I was on a weekend trip to Bangor,ME. The hotel does have a pool and fitness area that I never used, so not sure about that but the room while clean was small. The bed was comfortable which was the most important thing, the TV was also small for the caliber or hotel chain this is and not very much selection for channels on their cable. This hotel is very close to airport, mall, golf course, and highways.

Convenient (95 & 395 near airport and amenities) and comfortable hotel with a nice indoor pool. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Needing to visit the northern most areas of Maine, this was a convenient stop off. Bangor has many dining options not found in outlying towns. Fairfield provided predictable and reliable accommodations.

Very convenient, good check-in and guest tracking, well kept, good breakfast.
