Very quiet, not too crowded. The mini fridge froze our food/drinks. Wasn’t a fan of that. Otherwise, very happy with the stay.

Nice hotel good breakfast the only thing we wanted glasses for the wine and they only have plastic cups.not the same

I travel to Bangor regularly to check on an investment property I own in the area. When traveling alone, I choose a less expensive hotel without a pool or hot tub. When my wife comes along, I find a place with a pool and a hot tub, as she likes to swim, but needs to warm up in the hot tub first. I booked the Fairfield Inn the morning of our stay. Their site made no mention of the hot tub being closed for renovation. If they are going to ask customers to pay a premium price because of their amenities, the amenities should be working.

Clean but old. Not worth $269 / night!!!!! Don’t know why there was a rate surge

Easy friendly check in. Room was quite clean. Beds were awful for two people, just too soft with a large center cavity that you’d roll into. Second day our used towels were taken away but not replaced and we had to get more from the desk. When the toilet paper was used up it was just left on a shelf not put back in its spot and not left with an additional extra roll. Oddly enough all the dresser drawers would roll open if you opened the mini fridge that was in the same unit. But very clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly employees and convenient location.

I had a great stay here. Nice hotel close to the airport.

Would have been nice if the complimentary breakfast started at 6am on weekends as well as weekdays.

No rooms were ready at 5:30 pm. Access to room was ridiculous. We had to walk around robin hoods barn just to get to our room. I didn’t realize trash cans were so expensive. There was only one very small one in the whole room. I was quoted one price but my debit card was charged $40.00 over that price. At checkout I questioned the difference and was told they add on in case there is damage done to the room. Once they find out whether or not there has been any damage done, they will refund that money back to your checking account. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again unless there are no other rooms available

Like the swimming pool-breakfast was always good-had coffee all day-friendly staff-clean rooms -easy to get too

Disappointing for two reasons: breakfast buffet over at 9:00, sharp. Getting 3 kids mobilized after a later check in difficult. Never heard of such a premature end to breakfast. Secondly, pool extremely cold and hot tub extremely hot. Additionally, hot tub jets anemic- technically, they were on but anything but therapeutic with the type of jets. After our long journey, we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub with working jets.

Just an overnight stay close to airport. Check in was easy and breakfast ok.

We enjoyed are stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Would stay there again.

bathroom could have been cleaner. very noisy near airport. and loud pipes from next room. jacuzzi broken just a hot tub. disappointing place.

We are very sorry you were not able to enjoy the hot tub. It has been out of order since spring of 2019, awaiting renovations this fall/winter. We do greatly appreciate your business and hope you will come back to see us again once the updates have been completed.
