Great location. Very clean and large room. Nice lobby compared to others. Breakfast and parking not included.

Nice hotel but Internet access and parking are not included in room price. I was given free Internet after asking but they still charged me $10 to self park in their empty underground garage. The room reserved was 2 queen beds/no view and when I asked if a better room was available as an upgrade I was told that was not possible. The hotel seemed did not full by any means. The staff was very nice and helpful though. Location is great, just a block or two ftom the main drag, and there is also a gas station across the street for an easy fill up before departing town. I would definitely stay here again but think that parking and Internet should be incuded in the room rate.

We took advantage of room service and ordered pillows off the pillow menu-for spoiled comfort.

Good location(very close to downtown Banff) and facility(Pool, Bar etc...)

Great location only 2 minute walk to downtown Banff. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Room was good size and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and will stay again. Was god value.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. Location is great, room was enough big, clean, etc. There is no parking place close to the hotel, but you can park in the garage for 10 usd/day, i think its a correct price. Only bad thing is : we left the hotel on 8th aug, today is 20th but 1100 usd deposit is still on my card.( on top the 1000 usd charge) I called the hotel twice already, they said, its take time.... agree, but its usually 5-6days after check out, not 12+.....

the hotel is nothing special, but nice. You definitely get more than you pay for. Second time staying here and I discovered how nice the view from the hot tub is. It's a difficult location being so far from downtown, but for the price, I'll gladly make the walk.

i ate at the lodge's restaurant, they have 3 of them. i did not eat at the most expensive one. prices good, food great. i would go back.

The hotel was exactly what I expected-- clean and basic, and a good value for the money. Staff were very friendly. Linens could use updating (slightly worn bedspread), but I had a wonderful mountain view from my balcony. If I wanted to splurge, I'd stay at the Fairmont in Banff, but I was there to hike and had no complaint.

Even though we were given a room in the furtherest part of the hotel, and our balcony view was of a tree that obstructed our view, for the price and location it was so very nice! The beds and the amenities were great!
