We didn't choose this hotel as it was part of our tour package but, wow, we enjoyed the stay. Close to Banff Avenue, warm, quiet, delightful buffet breakfast (but couldn't get used to having the pancakes and French Toast in the same container..! Maybe it's a cultural thing...) Simple, speedy and functional coin operated laundry and that matters when your on tour. Oh so helpful reception staff and free wifi for group bookings. All good as far as we were concerned.

I could not believe that this quality hotel charges $10.00 for wifi. While the hotel is fine and the location is great, I cannot believe they charge for wifi. The rate included underground parking ( at no charge) during a snowy day. The rooms are comfortable and updated. The restaurant breakfast was excellent and the service was great.

Booked hotel to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary during the April 21 weekend. We came with our 7 and 1 year old. The hotel is in a great location a block from the Banff main street but out of the way enough that it didn't feel busy. It looked like the hotel had been updated recently and inside was modern. We mention to Aaron (Front Desk Supervisor) that we were celebrating and he sent us a bottle of champagne that evening. That really made our day! We ate a few times at Chinook Restaurant (in the hotel). Our server, Kaylee B, was absolutely amazing. Best server ever and great with our kids. Prime Rib was also excellent. We had the breakfast buffet on Saturday and it was good. We'd love to try to the Sunday Brunch but it was cost prohibitive. Although, we did check it out and there is a good spread. Rooms were great. We had 2 sinks - one where the shower and toilet and one outside. That is really good for families. Pool and hot tubs were good. Our kids enjoyed that. I didn't use the fitness facilities - it looked a little cramped in there but there were decent machines. Our room was on the main floor (Plus since we have young kids). However, in the same section we were there were a lot (10 or more?) teenagers or early 20's that were so loud talking in the hallway and opening and closing doors at 9p, 11p, and 2am which disturbed our kids. We had a great time and definitely will book there again.

Excellent conference and meeting facilities! Helpful and professional staff. Wonderful, tasty, well prepared food. Well maintained hotel and amenities. Close to town centre and quiet location. Comfortable rooms.

Very dark rooms with the worst lights ever. Not very clean too. Paid wifi is 10 dollar a day. Completly outdated rooms, pictures on the website are definitly not accutate. Great location in the town of banff though.

We stayed for 3 nights in a King suite, suite was quiet, extremely comfortable and only wished we could have stayed longer. The only very minor thing would have been the noise of the air conditioning unit in the room but by no means was this a big deal at all. We contemplated extending our stay an extra night and the staff at reception were incredibly helpful, pricing up multiple room options, finding possible bus and car hire options for our onward journey which, while we didn't end up staying the additional, was much appreciated. The hotel is in a prime location within Banff, easy walking distance to all the main restaurants and bars. If and when we return to Banff, we will be staying here again.

I attended a conference April 2017. The room was clean and it was handy being in the same location as the conference. The food was good and the service just standard. The location was perfect, very central. What bothered me was that they charge 10$ per night for wifi and 10$ per night for parking. Wow. I was lucky enough to be attending the conference and got wifi for free, so beware about the extra charges for staying there as it is pricey already.

It was a great conference in a fabulous hotel! The food for the conference was wonderful, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The conference rooms were a bit on the warm side, but comfortable. Great location too!

Great place to attend a conference! Very clean & staff were very friendly. My only concern is the lack of pup style food in the pub restaurant. Other than that - it was a great stay and I will be back with my husband.

A beautiful location and wonderful property that had a lot to offer. Bar/Restaurant was great, room was super clean and good size although bathroom was small, beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we arrived at the end of the season so maintenance was in progress and although this was a little bit of an issue with our family the biggest disappointment was in communication.
