It was quiet and decent. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff, which is why my rating can’t be much higher. But overall my stay was what I needed and during these times many things are “different”. Excellent location good price accommodating staff . I wish continental, breakfast went to 10 on week-ends. They heated up sausage from the fridge in the microwave but it was still cold.

Staff and other customers were friendly and the hotel was clean, minus a small stain on some of the bedding. The bed was a bit hard for my bony frame, but I still slept well. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

The hotel is nice. Seems like in the middle of nowhere at first but it's less than 15 minutes from 2 different malls. There's a good taco truck too in front of the facility next door. My only gripe is that the housekeeping staff is loud. They literally yell to each other while in the hallway which sucks when it's 9 am and you're trying to Sleep Inn (see what I did there).

The rooms were not kept up to moderate standards, mold was clearly visible in the caulking in the shower. This remained even after a request to remove and replace. Alarm clock did not work, GFCI in bathroom did not work (was replaced), limited available outlets at the desk, fridge made annoying high pitched sound and breakfast items were of the lowest quality available. Restaurants/ABC/gas stations not within walking distance and only external food service was available (at a minimum of $15 per order) after breakfast.

Thought the hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very good. In fact my wife realized that she left a sweater in the hotel room when we got home. We called and they mailed it to our home. Great stay.

Excellent location for when doing business in Baltimore and the Wash., DC area in the same week. Near good restaurants, shopping mall.

I wanted a safe clean place to stay and Sleep Inn provided it. The staff was outstanding. I would stay here again

Everything was pretty fine, wish I was closer to the middle of Baltimore but overall my experience was good. Staff was great, and room was clean.

Pleasant accommodations. Clean. Reasonably priced. Easy access from the expressway. Typical continental breakfast. No complaints. ; )

It needed a little work but it was fine for the night. I would try to find another hotel for the next trip through that area

My 2nd stay at this hotel. great value. clean comfortable room. quiet and an outstanding staff. lots of shopping and food close by.

I stay in this area every week. I have been trying out all the hotels in this price range. So far this is the best. Absolutely on complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again.

My husband and I had stayed at another Hotel in the area twice and had not been very satisfied with it and so it was a very nice experience to stay at Sleep Inn. The room was large with a refrig. and microwave. The continental breakfast was very good as well. We never heard any of the other guests in the hotel the whole four days we were there. Our Son and Daughter in Law lived in Jessup and it was very convienent to their house and easy access to the highway to the airport or into Baltimore.

nice hotel near malls
