Indoor pool NOT open, appreciated microwave in hallway since there was not one in the room, beds nice and comfortable, I don’t require free breakfast but lower prices at restaurant would be nice, one of the nicer easiest TV systems I’ve seen in hotels
Aside from none of the ice machines working and having to get ice from the lobby, our stay was very nice. Would stay here again. Staff were great and the hotel and rooms were clean.
Good: The King bed was comfortable. Room for improvement: 1. Front desk staff did not tell me that you're supposed to pull UP on the handle to open the room door. I slid my card in the slot, the green light came on, I pushed down on the handle but the door would not budge. I tried this about 5 times before going back all the way down to the lobby to ask the front desk and they tell me then like it's no big deal. 2. We enter the room and we're all thirsty. There's not a single cup to be found to drink water. 3. The water pressure in the shower was very low. And, if the shower in the next room was turned on, our shower almost went down to a trickle. It was really bad. 4. The mattress in the sofa bed was very thin and uncomfortable. 5. Usually, when I say that I'm a Bonvoy member, they say something complimentary like "Thank you for being a Bonvoy member" but nothing like that happened when I checked in. 6. There was no bar soap kept near the sink, so we had to use the liquid soap in the shower to wash our hands.
Good price for a nice place. Recommend to business or leisure travelers.
Quick and simple experience checking in for a night.
Hotel was pretty nice. The only real problem was the ice machine did smell a bit but we just didn't end up using it for our stay.
The hotel was very accommodating, clean, and functional for a person traveling away from home. This is an excellent place to stay for business travelers.
Our grand-daughter is a candidate at the USNA. She was scheduled for a college visit at the Academy. We liked the location of the motel it was out of the hustle and bustle of Annapolis and yet not too far
Overall, pleased with stay. The room as very comfortable and clean. The breakfast staff didn't get anything right for anyone in my group. Wrong food, wrong coffee, took 20 minutes. All other staff was very nice and helpful.
I was there for a night away with my significant other and our 20 month old child and was hoping to get a little more for what we paid for. There wasn't any free continental/hot breakfast and no microwave in the room. When I checked out, the front desk did ask me how my stay was and I said, "It would be nice to have a microwave in the room." She then said we have one here in the lobby... Not something you want to have to deal with when heating up a young child's bottle or food in odd hours of the night. The room was nice and clean but I doubt I will stay again.
Aside from our keys not working past the first day, which was immediately rectified, our stay was flawless. The room was impeccably silent which was a welcome change from a majority of the other places I've stayed.
We were in Maryland for Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. The shade on the window did not work, and we requested that it be fixed, but we realized that during this week of Thanksgiving it would probably not happen. We could not close out the sun in the morning. We have stayed at this hotel before, and it is convenient to our daughter's home. We think breakfast should be included in the price of the room.
I truly enjoyed the location of the hotel. My wife an I had an opportunity to visit Baltimores Inner Harbor area as well as Washington D.C. both in under 30 minutes from the hotel. Quiet area, respectful staff. The room was wonderful.
