Sheets were not changed in second day of stay; no toiletries or hand towel left 2nd day. Overnight ice/snow and sidewalks were not properly shoveled. Breakfast was horrible.

Nice hotel room with good conveniences. However each day the housekeeping became more lax. The bed was put together more messy each day. A lamp needed a finial, I took it apart to let someone know to fix it and it was ignored. 4 days out of 5 I had to have a new key made for the door entry.

The breakfast was very good. Pancakes were left out in plastic bag on the counter, like straight from the box.

The receptionist was rude and cared more about her cell phone than me being a customer.

This is a nice, homey place - more like little apartments than a hotel, but it includes hotel services like breakfast and daily cleaning. Building shows some wear (i.e. doors to lobby) but generally OK.

The first room was filthy and the door would not close and lock. I called the desk 3 times and the girl told me she was busy and would call me back. I ended up with a room that I did not want...wrong configuration. The sencond room was not clean either and I cannot believe that it had a 3 star rating. We will never stay there again. The management made no attempt to make this right despite various complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This hotel was a nice place to stay. Was very clean and economical.

Good location with plenty of room and very clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Would stay there again if I'm in the area

enjoy the stay I will come back again just like to find out why the prices cheaper in check and then it was online

They could use a friendly staff at the front desk. The room was huge but had a lot of problems. There was no lighting in the main area. No directions on how to use the fireplace. If u like a hard bed this place is perfect for you like sleeping on a brick. The bed was not very secure if you are on the edge it comes away from the wall. Not the most secure bed around for multiple people on an edge. Now what bothered me most no outlets in the bathroom I had to use the blow dryer in the kitchen. My other complaint depends on who you are. The full kitchen was huge the couch was good. The fireplace though not used was a nice touch and a big bathroom is a plus. The tv for a great room was an old 18 inch big back tv for all the nice things including the marble counters in the kitchen that just bugged me. The area was great location for all the corporate buildings in the area. Even with the bad for the price I would stay there again solely on price and location.

Just needed a little getaway. Nice location and comfortable. I will be going back again.

I couldn't believe I had an upstairs and downstairs and that the beds were in 2 seperate rooms! AWESOME.

There are just too many things to write about. I am an Elite Gold member and stay in Choice Hotels across the USA. This is the WORST hotel I ever stayed in. This hotel is not deserving of the Choice Brand. 1. Run down. Its more of a half way house with extended stay residents. Not only is the building run down, the property is shocking in its upkeep. I feel like I am in the ghetto. 2. Rooms are marginally clean. There are many items that need to be fixed. The worst - The mattress on the bed is BROWN. 3. Internet is so slow, you cannot use. I had to sit in lobby to get any signal at all. 4. Breakfast - I wish I could upload pictures to show you how poor this is. Stale bread, Pancakes the attendant overcooked and were hard as a rock -. The attendant refused to bring more milk, or cook eggs. She says she feels enough people are not going to eat - so she closes up breakfast early. 5. Noise from the air conditioners are ridiculously loud all night long. Suggestion:Run - Dont book - you are wasting your money and in for a miserable stay.

We just completed a five day stay at this hotel. We travel extensively to work conventions across the country and this is our second stay at this hotel, this year. It is set up more like an apartment complex then a hotel, with full size, complete kitchens, etc. As far as cleanliness, everything, with the exception of the carpet, was updated and clean! Parking was plentiful and yes, there were a few "long term residents", but everyone that we passed was friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Very positive experience, excellent value for the area.

The hotel was kinda hard to find. Based on the quick turn into the driveway. The hotel was nice. Set up like condo's. They were clean and quite. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The only issue was that the thermostat would not stay where you set it.

First room smelled like smoke so we asked for a different room. The second room smelled but but needed some TLC. Bathroom hook was broke. Windows was dirty. Corners had chipped molded paint. Sink had chipped paint. Outside needed curb appeal. Walls was dirty. Cigarette box was thrown on grass in front of the room.

They are obviously in the midst of a remodel but it seems not well planned out. Room was alright is you are not a neat freak. Carpet had stains, after 2 nights I noticed mattress had stains. Air conditioner smelled like rotten eggs. Outside of buildings are in bad condition. And ABSOLUTELY not handicap friendly. One of our party had a broken leg and there were stairs everywhere - some without railings. Lastly staff was okay, but maybe said 2 sentences when we checked in and a couple of words when we checked out. But there appeared to be a language barrier. Never received a receipt. Yes I would stay again if I couldn't find somewhere else.

Everything went as expected. Checked in early enough to get all the rest that was needed after a long work week! The attendant at the front desk can be a little rude at times but the overall stay was fine!
