My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The service at the front desk was great, location was superb for us regarding our agenda. Our entire weekend was an awesome one. We are very thankful that we found such a great hotel with a great location and was greeted with the lots of kindness and respect... Thanks

The rooms have been upgraded in recent years, the breakfast is pretty decent, and the staff is very nice and friendly. There is an outdoor pool and a small, clean gym (1 treadmill, 1 eliptical, and dumbbells up to only 30 lbs). A bunch of food options around and a grocery store. WiFi is fast enough and plenty of TV options. Good prices.

The staff is always friendly, the rooms a clean, beds are comfortable. Always plenty of options for breakfast and fresh coffee. Check in and check out fast. Gym is pretty small with few options. Overall an enjoyable stay.

I spent Saturday night here. Every time I have stayed here, everything has been exceptional. We checked in around 8 p.m. Eric, I think that was his name, was very personable and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was better than the Hilton properties I have stayed at. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The pool is small, but well-maintined, as is the property. All the shopping and restaurants you could want or need are right there. I will miss this hotel as my son has orders away from here. I commend their commitment to the care and comfort of their guests.

Poor management, rude staff, broken elevator, broken shower, broken bathroom door, door keys don't work, staff don't respond to emergency, general manager doesn't return calls, internet on and off . Total disaster

I came to Laurel Maryland for a family reunion. My stay at the Hampton was WONDERFUL !!! Everything was clean. The bed, pillow made me feel as if I was in haven. Only thing I have bad to say is if your not paying attention to where your going, you'll past the hotel up. The hotel need a big sign that tell you where the hotel is located.

We love staying at the Hampton in Laurel. Best accommodations for the price in the Baltimore/Washington/Annapolis area. We encourage you to stay here. We pick this as our first choice all the time. The breakfast person always goes out of her way to make sure it is first class every time!

We arrived late to be greeted by the front desk clerk who had his dress shirt completely unbuttoned showing his white undershirt. Not what I expect from hotel staff. He was pleasant though. His trainee was very nice and better dressed than his mentor. A Hilton Honors member who has been to dozens of Hampton Inns, I have never seen an employee with their full undershirt exposed. The breakfast was a little less than your normal Hampton Inn breakfast. The cut up fruit, pineapple and cantaloupe, were in the same serving dish which makes for a funky combo of flavors. There were no meat choices to go with the eggs and waffles. No sausage or bacon. The pastries were fresh and plentiful. Also a little strange was the seating for breakfast the chairs were extremely low. As for the room, we stayed in room 211. The shower curtain would not stay fully closed to keep the water out. It appears six inches to short width-wise. The mirror in the room is cracked. Checkout was easy and accurate. Front desk receptionist was very nice and he had his shirt buttoned up with a tie! The hotel has a pool which appears handicapped accessible. The hotel itself is clean and has free parking.

Good quality breakfast with a rotating menu. Food nearby. Good location. The room and bathroom were very clean. I didn't use the pool, but there is a small workout room. There are only 3 machines, but it was always empty.

Needed a convenient location, with affordable rates. This fit perfectly, staff was polite and professional. Price was just outside of what I hoped, but not a complaint. Roms were scarce that weekend, so happy with it and food was walking distance close, which I was grateful for. Uber was able to make the trip problem free as well.
