Before reserving, make sure there is NO WEDDING pre-booked during your stay. If there is, the entire sundeck and the restaurant will be closed to the public, as it was for us. Also, do not book the family "Deluxe Suite", as the gorgeous and huge stone-Master Bathroom has NO door and NO electrical outlets. Our Deluxe Suite in room #255 is technically the Honeymoon Suite and not fitting for a family, friends etc, as there is no privacy or use for the bathroom except nudity for all to see. Couldn't even benefit from its huge vanity and mirror as there were no outlets for our electrical toothbrush, dryers, curling irons, etc. (We were forced to use the hotel's common baths as secondary bathrooms). The Master Bedroom was an alternative to dry your hair because it is not fitted with a mirror, The staff is so unaccommodating when we asked for a partition, extension cords or even the Manager to see our inconvenience for such a costly room. Nice views but no common sense in its design or operations.

Loved our huge balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Great pool area and separate sunning deck. Service is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is second to none

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Beautiful views. We had an amazing time.

Hotel and staff were amazing in every way!! Such a beautiful property, gorgeous views and set far enough from the craziness of the town center that it is very peaceful. Very short walk down a scenic stairway to the beach. Lovely Infiniti pool with gorgeous views. Can’t say enough! We will definitely be back some day! Oh and Villa #3 was so comfortable and decorated so lovely with amazing views!!

Dear Mrs Krasnow, thank you for your feedback. Let us specify that: 1-The room 255 is much different from the Honeymoon suite, which features a private pool. 2-Room 255 has 1 main bathroom with large shower, wc, bidet, sink and mirror. THEN it also has a SPA room where another shower and circular Jacuzzi tub are located. The first of course has a door to get privacy, the latter being a SPA is open. WHY SAYING THAT YOU NEED TO USE THE COMMON BATHROOM WHEN YOU HAD YOUR OWN WITH YOUR OWN DOOR AND YOUR OWN PRIVACY?!? 3-In case of weddings the solarium is closed for 1h after 6pm - which is anyway after the closing time and ONLY in few cases the restaurant is closed for the event. 4-For security reasons and according to Italian safety guidelines, no electric outlets can be placed close to sources or water. 5-You will need to read two or three reviews here or on Trip advisor to realize that the staff is one of the key points of the hotel!
