the hotel was okay. Advertise queen size bed was actually a full size bed

Hotel was nice for what needed it for. Close to casino and Camden Yards, quiet area.

Horrible experience. Bad service. The employees are rude and noncommunicative

Budget hotel, it was fine for one night. The room was clean. Not in the best part of town, but the hotel itself seemed safe enough.

Everything was perfect, except no ice machines. Granted the rooms have full size refrigerators with freezers, but no one has time to make your own ice if they are only staying one night. Invest in ice machines please.

Great i will come back everything was alsome and i had a great experience

First the positives: great exterior appearance, u feel safe here.... nice size room, big bath, kit n bedroom areas have different floorings which makes it feel like little apt, nice feel to room, listing of tv channels next to bed, 30 channels w 5 EDPN n 2 Showtime...,,,,,,,,.... Negatives Big one was rock hard mattress w thin rock hard pillows..... minor stuff was when i went to front desk, the clerk was on the phone n totally ignored me. after 10 minutes she acknowledged me n said she would be with me after she was finished. she was on business call but clearly it was not another customer. wit happened to the customer comes first? after 5 more minutes another clerk came n helped me finally....,,.. first room i was given the dead bolt didnt work n bathroom handle fell off........ trash was still in trash can of second room. beer cans leaked all over can n extra bags in bottom n all over me n the floor wen i took it out....., so my start here was not auspicious..... on my last day the cleaning staff banged on my door at 7 am and demanded to know whether i was staying....... couple positives i forgot. bathroom was spacious for lower end motel, toilet had marvelous power flush which u barely touched n Whoosh (truly cool), work table n dining table were small but nice....... Tips: if u get corner room u get nice bonus window, u have to go to front desk if u want cutlery. pots, pans, etc...... oh, one last negative, no room service n they want $10 a day plus tax if u request it, which i felt was ripoff. their actual costs r probably half this.... overall, ok, not great

Clean great stay with the family..comfortable good location

The room was nice clean quiet its just the fornt desk person didin know anything took two hours just to get a room thats the only thing that needs working on

I came to check in after a LONG DAY Of running around only to find out that I had to wait about 2-3 hours before I finally got a room. When I arrived a male at the desk by the name of Rudy was helping a party of 8 that was in front of me. Rudy never checked the computers, could hardly speak English and could not only help them but didn't do much for me either. Due to the fact that Rudy had didn't have any knowledge about computers made anybody that had to check in pointless. He had to call his manager several times and she wasn't any help at all especially since all she kept saying was there's nothing I can do. The party of 8 had to relocate to the Extended Stay in Columbia. I had to settle for a double bed room and was told that this specific room wasn't to be sold but there was nothing to do since everything was paid for. I didn't get into the room until about 2am.... I would NEVER GO BACK To this hotel even if I was paid to if I have to experience what I went through this past weekend!

There were people playing music, walking dogs, doing laundry past 2 AM!!

Wish they had a gym!
