great service great value

We had a room with a window looking out on indoor “courtyard”. Of course that curtain was never pulled back. Felt like a fishbowl. Window to outside very small. Room was dark

Thw staff was excellent. My technology challenged mother wanted to print her boarding pass, rather than do electronic, so they alliwed us to use the front desk computer to print it out. Very much appreciated.

Generally love the property. Room 413 has a toilet that runs. Minor gripe. Front desk clerk was super nice.

A/C system a bit loud and the positioning of the shower head made it nearly impossible to take a shower without drenching the floor.

Very clean, the staff was excellent. Very nice all around. Only one small pet peev. No vending machines for a quick snack and almost all soda machines didn’t work?? What’s up with that lol. When I got ice in vending rm on my floor it’s the only place in the entire building that had a funky smell!! Not good when ur getting ice to put in your beverage! Other than that the place was great! Oh and the chocolate chip cookies on arrival!! WOWWWW SOOO GOOOD!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in was quick and easy.

Great room, just felt like a mini fridge, and less important microwave would make it perfect.
