Accommodation was good for location and parking. Disappointing to not have a tv in our room until day 2 of our stay. Towels where incredibly old and tatty, black mould in shower, and stained carpets. Dishwasher buttons where broken and beds incredibly uncomfortable. Unfortunately won't stay again.

Excellent option for us to stay while our Mum was in Auckland Hospital and for her to recuperate after discharge before travelling home. Very quiet. Easy access with lifts and basement carpark. Room decor a little tired but happy with full kitchen, washing macine etc. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment -hotel. Loved having gated secure parking. Apartment was small but very new and clean and I didn't need a bigger room. Easy access and good location for Newmarket and getting on and off the motorway. I will stay here for business again.

Peaceful, spacious and clean

Lovely spacious two-bedroom unit with balcony overlooking internal garden space. Very quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Convenient within walking distance to the Newmarket Westfield Shopping Mall. Really great allocated parking space under complex. Would definitetly stay here again.

Easy to reach anywhere by bus or train even Uber. Love everything except a bed. Mattress is too hard even a sofa. Not used to. So we couldn’t sleep. Mostly, slept on the sofa.
