Great hotel, rooms are not fancy but functional where everything just works from the wifi to the laundry. The gym is large and well equipped. It is in a quite corner of the city with a park in front, but it is close to bars are restaurants. I had a great stay.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! Bonus: Having laundry so accessible in the room was a life saver. When I asked for a harbour view- that is what I received. Absolutely breath taking view every morning. Other than an older gym than I imagined ….it still had views that were outstanding which made up for it. Thank you to all of the beautiful amazing staff!

A beautiful apartment, modern, clean, well located and lovely reception staff happy to replenish tea, coffee, and toiletries at any time. We highly recommend the Avani Residences. Our only criticism was on our last night we’d collected a car ready for moving on nextmorning and we had to pay 50dollars

Hotel in a good location within 15min walk of major attractions. Room was big. Bed was very hard and small, very uncomfortable to sleep on. They attemped to make it softer by having a quilt under the bottom sheet retained far too much body heat and didn't help soften it.

Excellent room but the staff were not up to the standard of the hotel. Fire alarm meant we had to go down 30 flights of steps. No explanations, no one to help children or elderly. Fire brigade arrived and left after 50 mins again with no 'All clear" Nothing. Receptionist sat at her desk and watched people return. No smile, no apology

Pool, spa and gym were amazing and beautifully clean and sunny The hotel is in the best location with Albert Park across the road, bustling Vulcan lane and yummy food places Asian, Italian and other cuisines. The view from our apartment was incredible. Good to have dedicated covered parking ($50 pn) Kitchen well stocked with utensils. The only disappointment was no salt or pepper and hardly any tea bags. Also I would like the option of real milk
