Ponce City Market 2BR · 1,265sqft · Near BeltLine

Atlanta Luxury Rentals is the exclusive provider of luxury accommodations at Ponce City Market.

The first things you notice as you step into the Neptune Loft are the striking black
and white color palate and the floor-to-ceiling retractable windows that showcase
the city skyline. This two bedroom, two bathroom flat and its abundant 1265 sf
open concept plan offers plenty of seating and room for guests to mingle as you
host a dinner or viewing party. You may decide to utilize the fully-equipped
modern kitchen for preparing a gourmet meal or simply for reheating the
remnants of last night's dinner from one of the amazing restaurants within
walking distance.
Each of the two bedrooms has its own distinct aesthetic vibe but offer equal
comfort and privacy with its plush mattresses (one king, one queen) and high
thread count linens. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large
glass shower, and the full guest bathroom features a tub and shower combo.
Each unit at Ponce City Market includes a washer and dryer and access to secure
parking. The 80-year old building was a southeast hub
for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes freshly sealed-and-stained concrete
floors, steel-frame windows and a unique design that highlights the best of
modern living with historical appeal.
By living in this community, you'll be connected to the best neighborhoods,
offices, retail, and cultural scenery in the city. Literally steps from your door you'll
find dozens of restaurants featuring cuisines from around the world, craft cocktail
bars, cafes, shopping, a 24-hour gym, and direct access to the Atlanta Beltline. If
that weren't enough, take a quick elevator ride to the rooftop for amusement park
fun at Skyline Park: mini-golf, midway games, rides, a beer garden and the most
stunning views Atlanta has to offer.
