Family of 4 in town for Sports Tournament

The unit is exactly as depicted on VRBO. It is sparsely appointed and the only cons are the neighborhood, garbage overflow, and the water pressure.The neighborhood is not ideal, no shopping close by, a lot of garbage in the street, and vagrancy. Garbage is not picked up timely and although the unit has large outdoor cans they quickly overflowed with garbage from the long term tenants and prior guests. We were in the unit for 9 days and sanitation only picked up one time at the end of our stay. The cans sit by the front door of the unit so flies were an issue. We did address with the host.Showers in the unit are appealing to the eye but the water pressure is best described as butterfly wings. We did address with the host but the issue was not resolved.We were in town for a baseball tournament so we didn’t need much and the unit more than met our needs except for the few cons as described above. Despite these issues I still gave an overall 5 star as the host was responsive.
