We are traveling with our 11 month old and specifically looked for a suite calling ahead to make sure everything would work for us (we needed to have a crib, a separate space for our baby to sleep, ect). We arrived and the accommodations were totally fine and the first night went smoothly. The second evening we woke up at 3:35 a.m. to a loud beeping. It was jarring, the type of sound where you bolt upright. We struggled to find the source (checking our phones, the baby monitor, the alarm in the room) and figured out something was beeping loudly inside the wall (right where the AC unit was). We called the front desk and they told us that they needed to come and remove the cover of the AC (unscrewing it from the wall) to re-set the filter. The front desk worker who came up to help us said "this happens without warning". The main problem was that our baby was sleeping in the common space so to let someone in to service this unit we had to open the door and between the beeping, the light, and the maintenance, he woke up. This happenedthe other remaining night and I had to fix with the screwdriver...unacceptable the lack of remorse and professi remaining nights and they offered no compensation for the rooms except a free breakfast (a free Holiday Inn breakfast??) and refused to do anything. The staff dismissed our concerns - I have nver asked for money off in my life for a hotel stay and this made me not like the Holiday Inn or IHG hotels because of it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hot tub had no jets. Nice location. Would have liked continental breakfast on the go.

The concierge service was top notch! Shuttle to downtown was convenient and the driver made our night.

I was able to get a king sized room for a great price through Orbitz. Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly and showed interest in me and my travel plans.

We have stayed here before and liked it ,but this time they had cleaned all the floors in the hotel and our carpet was very damp! We were not told this at check in. Did not know until we took our shoes off! Room was damp and heat wasn't working! The next morning there were signs about the carpet which weren't there the night before ! We paid almost $100 for the room! Extremely unhappy and we are not complainers at all! We would have booked another hotel had we have known!

Would not handle and my wife would not let me go take care of it with the neighbor.---Cancelled the 2nd day and will not pay for 2 days-plus they could of given me credit off my bill and when the bill comes in I will apy for whart I used--one day---thanks---left town was so upset

Enjoyed our weekend with some friends exploring Asheville. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and the shuttle to and from downtown was perfect.

This hotel is actually about a mile from the downtown restaurants and clubs. You could walk pretty easily but why bother? The hotel has a great shuttle that will drive you right to where you want to be in about 4 minutes. Then when you get ready to come back you call them and tell where to pick you up. Easy! The hotel is a standard mid-level Holiday Inn. We had no problems and everything was clean and in good shape.

I checked in with my daughter to stay for a weekend visit. The check in staff was friendly and helpful, even so far as to offer us a upgraded room. I refused as I wanted 2 beds and they offered bigger room but 1 king bed. I should have taken it as the room they gave me, although clean, overlooked the roof and a wall. Literally I could have walked on the roof, it was almost eye level. Breakfast was just ok, not worth spending the extra money for it. Wait staff was very sparse and not very friendly although they we were 100 times more friendly and helpful than the check out staff which is not saying much. If you are driving thru town an need a room for the night this place is great otherwise go somewhere else and go closer to down town.

Good location. Rooms need some updating, put clean. Snacks in the vending machine were expired (50 of them). Don't these get checked?? Parking garage.

We were only here for a night and stay was comfortable. Prefer the location of downtown over this location with numerous chain restaurants. There is potential for this area as Asheville continues to develop.

Room was really big and very clean. It was better than we expected. Definitely staying there again.

Clean and excellent accomodations. Staff was friendly and fast shuttle service to and from downtown Asheville.

It's a great hotel and we got our room in a great discount as we did the advanced purchasing. Our room is super clean but the view is horrible as you can see the disgusting motel next to the Holiday Inn. It's a great stay except the view.

We enjoyed our stay in Asheville, the hotel was located only minutes from downtown and was not far from the Biltmore House. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was not great and the view was pretty bad but as far as the actual room it was a great room for the price.

Staff was great. Great value, 5 dollar cab to dt. Room was clean and comfortable.

great room at an affordable price and near many re

not happy with our experience!

To maintain our hotel and the rooms, we clean our carpets on a day which is slow but we had lots of unexpected reservations which came in and we had to use the rooms which were just cleaned. We invite you back to the hotel to enjoy a stay that you so enjoyed before.
