Maybe the best run Hilton property I have ever stayed in. After many years in the Honors program I have been around the US in many of these hotels and only one comes close to the treatment we received at this Inn. Every employee from the breakfast team, the maintenance staff and management was - greet first, ask if we needed anything next. Everywhere, all four days. Amazing team. In addition the facilities were spotless and it was obvious each employee took pride in keeping it that way. Next trip to AVL, we will be at the Tunnel Rd Hampton. Oh, the breakfast was like being in a small restaurant, perfect selection for all tastes.

We were greeted by Robbie and he kicked off our “escape from reality” with a fantastic welcome and friendly conversation. Then we met Snow and she was just lovely and very helpful. Now we move onto the breakfast and WOW! Ms. Toni & Ms. Rita made the mornings fun and of course delicious. Everything was simply perfect including their warm smiles. Food was hot, organized and there was plenty to choose from. Factor in Britley and Ms. Deborah and our mornings were great. The hotel gym, extremely small, but efficient, was clean and offered good morning workouts. The fire pit was just as advertised...romantic and cozy. There were a couple of hiccups when we got to our room but they were handled swiftly and with grace. We will make this “our” hotel anytime we return to the area. Thank you for a great few days away!!!

Central location. Good price. Convenient parking. There is a great swimming pool and whirlpool. The complimentary breakfast is always good and there is something for everyone. Teri and Rita were great in the dinning area.

I was first impressed with this hotel when I received a call prior to my stay asking me if I had any special needs or questions. I have never had a hotel do that. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast and location. We were visiting the Biltmore Estate and it was close by. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. They have a coffee/tea bar set up all the time by the front desk and in the early evening they have freshly made cookies.

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences here. The staff is fantastic .. Always clean, quiet and just all around the perfect place for me when in Asheville on business. It's handy to Whole Foods, The Mall and most anything you'd need is almost walking distance.

We stayed two nights and it is in a good location for the Biltmore House and other sites, and restaurants. We had the double-Queen room with bedding for a third child (10 yrs). The bedding is actually a duvet, pillow and blanket placed on the floor. It was crowded but doable. The 10 year old liked that's what counts. The kids liked the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn, good.

The hotel is pretty decent with all the amenities you could expect from a Hampton Inn. The pool, fitness room and outdoor seating area are nice to have. Rooms at the front of hotel have good views and rooms at the back of the hotel don't. The breakfast is pretty typical for Hampton Inns but the coffee seemed a little weak. There is hardly enough sitting area for eating breakfast so you may have to bring food back to your room. Some of the service people seem annoyed that they have to help the guest but most are more than helpful. I would stay here again mainly due to brand reputation and location.

The staff here was the best! Room was clean and comfortable. The free coffee and cookies are always a good thing. Will definitely stay here again. Great location to downtown. Shopping galore in the area.

We always choose Hampton Inn as our “go to”. This hotel was the nicest Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in! Great coffee, too. There is also a cute beignet cafe across the street. Bathrooms were clean and fresh and the front desk was accommodating.

Me and family (Husband and 2 girls, ages 9 and 5) just had a 3 days stay at this nice hotel. To me it rated above and beyond the average Inns, what makes the difference is the personnel who are very welcoming and helpful to the guests and the care they provide to the property – super clean and very well maintained. The indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi area are a big plus, especially for the kids. Plenty of parking space, very well connected to highway, not far from main attractions (10 min drive to Biltmore Estates!). In summary I totally agree with most of the other reviews, this hotel is definitely a very good one, a great value and I look forward to repeat with them.
