Lovely room. Loved the jetted tub. Staff friendly and helpful

Everything about the hotel was awesome til I laid down. Very stiff, springy bed (like among the worst I've laid on.) Pillows were same deal. Hardly slept 15 min bc of the discomfort. Other than that, it's a great location, clean, friendly etc.

The sheets bed could use some upgrading. If you need quiet time, don't stay here. Great jetted tub & friendly staff!

This hotel was fine for one night but not the greatest experience. The beds were uncomfortable and there was barely any lighting in the room. The walls are very thin, as well. We could hear people talking next door to us. There was a baby a few doors down and we could hear her crying in the night.

Very nice and conveniently located to Biltmore. We enjoyed and would recommend

Overall decent hotel. Close to Biltmore. Room was clean. LOVED the jacuzzi tub!! Two things I didn't like were the wifi was terrible and the bed was the hardest I've ever slept on.

This hotel is one of the quietest hotels I have been. The location is just perfect. It's a straight drive towards the Biltmore estates entrance. No traffic. No problem finding a parking space. The surroundings are very calm. The staff greeted us with happy faces. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks guys.

We spent one night at Brookstone because we needed something near Biltmore/Asheville. I was in a hurry to book something last minute and this hotel had an opening. The front staff at check-in was super awesome. The employee that helped us suggested restaurants and nearby things to do. She was so sweet. She even said that if our room was too close to a noisy nearby road she would relocate us. The room was at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor and was very quiet. Please turn on the hot water in the rooms. I was the only one that took a shower and I ran out in less than 3 minutes. There was no hot water in the main lobby bathroom either. Change the pillows (they are like rocks). Have housekeeping check the tissue holders. This hotel could be 10X nicer with these little things taken care of.

Had a small room issue but Chad, at the front desk, resolved it in no time and went out of his way to ensure we had a great sta.

Great staff. clean hotel. Only issue was size of bed. Bed was full size. My husband is over 6 ft tall. Bed not comfortable. I didn't see mention of what size the bed was. Next time I will remember to ask.

Nothing to brag about here. Room was just OK. Lobby area is cramped. Wifi is non-existent in rooms. Woman who was supposed to be tending to breakfast was nowhere to be found the three days we ate there. Food, utensils, condiments and beverages all ran out at different times and no one seemed to care. Tables weren't wiped between guests. Treated ourselves to an ice cream bar sold in the gift shop one night only to discover it had previously melted and been refrozen. No one really seemed to be into catering to guests needs.

We had a wonderful time at Brookstone. Room was excellent, well worth the price. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Hot tub was out of service. We'll return again when traveling through.

The hotel appears like a nice place to stay. The room was clean and the bathroom had been updated, however there was a sour smell in the room and in the hallways. It smelled like something had been too wet for too long. Also the noise level from people in nearby rooms was way too loud. Overall, if the smell wasn't so bad, this would be a better place to stay.

The staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was a good mixture of hot, cold, and breads. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is located right of I40 and near I26. Minutes to downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. The bed was firmer than we prefer but comfortable. It was very clean and the service staff were very polite. We had an issue with our toilet the first night and hotel desk staff immediately responded to our needs and relocated us to another room. The staff were also very helpful with information about nearby restaurants, gas and directions. We will definitely stay at Brookstone Lodge in the future!

Very nice for the price. Clean, comfortable beds, and close to the Biltmore. A little noisy from traffic.

Overall the hotel is great for the price. I didn't try the included breakfast. We took an $8 uber ride downtown. My only complaint was that the mattresses were very firm. Some people like that though.

As the primary reason for our short stay was a visit to the nearby Biltmore Estate, I chose this hotel for its convenient location and in this regard it did not disappoint. The rate that I paid seemed reasonable when I booked but although all of the common areas were nice the room I booked (single queen) was not worth the price. While the room was clean, it was very small, almost to the point of being claustrophobic. The bed being harder than I prefer and the light allowed into the room in the morning due to the way the curtains were hung did not make for a restful sleep. While we did not have much interaction with the staff, those that we met were both professional and courteous and as previously mentioned, the common areas of the hotel are very pleasant. With the wide variety of lodging in the area, I would probably not consider a repeat stay.

Good rates. Does need freshening up. Starting to show wear. Not very close to down town Asheville.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. The staff was beyond excellent and very friendly. Our rooms were clean and the hubby wanted to bring the bed home. Breakfast was above average. The location was perfect to get to Biltmore easily.
