Room 166- the wall by the shower looks rotted. The baseboards throughout the room are all in need of paint. Lamps have all the finishing coming off. AC unit in the room is very dated although kept the room cool. Tissue box had 3 tissues in it. It was fine enough for 1 night but it felt a bit like we were put into a room that hasn’t been attended to in some time. Not what I would have expected. Fortunately, the location was very clean.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming giving us warm cookies, and bottled water on our arrival The swimming pool was really nice, with a lifeguard on duty. The room was really nice and spacious too, and all areas of the property very clean.. We used the complimentary shuttle which was great, the driver was friendly, telling us all the best places to go to eat, and all about the history of the area we visited. We would definitely recommend this hotel, a great place to stay.

Horrible vacation

I stayed with my family and one of the beds was extremely uncomfortable. It was sagging in the middle so that my husband I rolled into the midddle. I am sending a picture of two pictures on your wall close to the bed fell off the wall onto my sons foot. Bugs by the ice machine and the hallway very dirty. I would like something back for this stay.
