Elevator didn’t work. Was told by someone who stays often that 1 or two are often broken. Water is either cold or scalding, hotel is very aged, paint peeling, stains through out. Hallway smells of chlorine masking the smell of rotting food.

Nice accommodations, with spacious rooms. There was only one elevator to service so many floors in my section, so the wait for an elevator was lengthy at times. Breakfast was at a cost but the selection was ok. Our servers were very kind and attentive. The air condition in the public spaces appeared not to be functioning properly and the hallways leading to the rooms had a nit so nice scent.

We loved our stay here. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The shuttle service around Annapolis is amazing. We utilized it several times and it saved lots of money on ubers. Rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was outstanding.

Room was ok, a bit dated. I would have appreciated make up remover wipes which I find in most hotels these days. Staff was very friendly however it seemed there were many glitches in their computer system. That actually sent us to a room that was already occupied by someone, luckily that person wasn't in the room but their luggage was with an unmade bed which was our clue. However I will say that warm, delicious chocolate chip cookie took a bit of the frustration away.

Calebe should be more gentle when referring to the type of reservation. I stated I booked a king size room and her lack of empathy was disappointing. Rather than apologize for not having what I paid for, she said twin bed was the only option available. She mentioned I booked with an agency that was not updated with their availability. It was 10pm therefore I had no much room for discussion and was not provided with my breakfast voucher either, which I paid. Anyway, the following morning, the front desk lady (blonde hair) was very kind so it made the difference. I also enjoyed to hear Peter making positive comments about the Navy - Go team!
