My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. the Staff was friendly and considerate to our needs. Overall, our stay was pleasant but the hotel could use some updates. I'd stay again.
Staff was friendly and always quick to respond to problems that arised. Our AC wasn’t working properly and our shower leaked which caused a huge water puddle around the toilet. The hotel itself was quiet, there really wasn’t any loud people. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but it wasn’t so terrible that we couldn’t get decent sleep. I would suggest they look into replacing some of the beds. The pool/hot tub area was always clean and also it is indoors which helped in the rainy days! I would stay there again if I came into town.
Bathroom shower leaked all over floor, AC was not working properly, the first room my children were checked into, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed properly if at all. There was food on the floor. On the positive side, the staff was always friendly and very quick to respond to problems. Check in was very quick and easy, the breakfast in the morning was good, the ladies did a wonderful job making sure that area was taken care of. The pool and hot tub was clean, although the chemicals in the pool might need to be toned down. They stripped my sons hair of his blue coloring it was done the night before we left. I would definitely stay there again if I came back into town, this is one of the better hotels that I have stayed in while in Anderson, IN. Their indoor pool is a plus during colder seasons!
All I would say is that they need to repaint the pool.
We only stayed for one night after the DMB concert, but we were happy with our room. We had a king-sized bed and it was very comfortable. The room was clean and thankfulyl, it was quiet. The other guests must have been as tired as we were. We never tried out the pool and missed the continental breakfast, but enjoyed the hotel and the convenience of its location.
No complaints. Nothing special. Had no problems. Would stay there again.

Air conditioning was broke in one of two rooms rented, exhaust fans noisy, rooms were not cleaned daily while there, they refused to admit there were any issues and offer any monetary credit. We have work in the area, but would NOT stay here again.
help was extremely pleasant, pool nice and warm and whirlpool excellent. we were in room 109 and it was clean, but the mattress very uncomfortable and big chips in furnishings. overall though we were happy and would most definitely stay there again.
Price paid was not in line with the accommodations. This room was worth $80, absolutely not $125 per night! Comparable to a Super 8.
I first noticed that the carpets weren't the cleanest, then started noticing little things like an old toiletry left on the shower or watermarks in the sink counter on the floor in the room - evidence that someone else has been here. I know it's a hotel and is, therefore, public personal space, but I'd rather not have reminders of it. I like to feel like I'm the first one to ever grace this room. Diva-ish? Probably. Delusional? Maybe. Impossible? No. I've felt pretty 'graceful' in other Comfort Inns, Holiday Inns and even at this one Days Inn. That one was a total shocker! On a lighter note, the person who checked me in was great. The breakfast person was a very nice lady and the housekeepers were nice.

This Is the second time in two weeks that we stayed at this hotel. I found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff was very nice with quick check in. We checked out quickly as well the next morning and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would gladly stay there again if I'm an area.
We stayed here this week and it was great. Sara was the staff member that helped me and she could not have been better! She was kind and addressed every problem I had! This is one of the best hotel stays we have had!
