Great stay

Location was quiet -excellent, just a short block to walk to the shops and a few blocks to the canals. They stored our luggage upon early arrival and late departure.

The staff were very nice and greeted us after our very long day of traveling. The room was very clean as well, just a weird set up as the main bed was turned diagonally and it was not easy to get in/out from one side and the other side was right next to the toilet. There was not much room to place luggage, especially for three adults. The staff told us we could take the elevator with our luggage to the room. My cousin climbed up the first set of narrow steps and took the elevator up, only to find out that our room was on the small landing after the first set of stairs! After a long day of travel, it was hilarious and frustrating. I mean, if you work there, you should know where the rooms are located! Overall, the stay was fine. We were not in the room long, just for showering and sleep. Just keep in mind that it is a narrow stairway and the space is compact in the room!

Was in a great location with the friendliest staff. Great rooms In great condition.

Great rooms and helpful staff. Fantastic location.

Nice hotel. Good mix of modern and historic. Very central location. Parking and finding parking/ hotel is a bit challenging. Very nice staff.

SO cute. We were welcomed with wafer cookies and chocolates when we arrived. The woman working the front was very kind and excited to have us. She gave us tips and was the perfect welcome to our first time in Amsterdam. The rooms are themed, not numbered. We were assigned the music room which came with a vinyl player, several records and a disco ball! Each time the room was cleaned, the staff left chocolates and kind, handwritten notes. The rooms were quiet and cozy. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. We loved our stay and this was by far our favorite hotel on our 4 country Eurotrip (even compared to the London Nobu 5 star hotel!). Big thanks to the staff who made our stay so wonderful! We were sad to leave!
