Requested a lower floor after reading reviews that stairs were difficult (no elevator) but when we arrived we were told it wasn’t possible and that we had been placed on the top (4th) floor. With luggage and not so athletic visitors it was difficult and down right frightening to climb and descend those stairs every day. The room was very small and shower was with the toilet so all belongings were soaked. The WiFi didn’t work the first day but we were helped the second day and it did begin to work. Staff were pleasant so that was a plus. Would I do it again, no, unfortunately not.

It was ok and close to everything. not bad experience

Basic comfort, but Excellent position, close to the Amsterdam Central Station. All sighting walking. Very confortable beds.

staff were very rude.no elevator in the hotel.bathroom is too small.location is good.breakfast was not that great.

Great reasonably- priced hotel in the middle of it all. Room was comfortable and clean. It is also only about a 10 minute walk from Centraal Station so getting to this hotel from the airport is really a breeze. One thing of note: Being that it is located on a street that is very busy with foot traffic, some patrons might be bothered by the noise. It wasn't an issue for me but somebody looking for peace and quiet might be better served in a less active location. The foot traffic on this street is 24 hours a day and is actually loudest once the bars start closing (around 3am). If, however, you are looking for a clean, comfortable room in the red light district, book this hotel!

The front desk person was nice. The room was very tiny with one night stand bed shoved up against the wall. Our room was on the 4th floor, about 100 plus tiny steps to my room. Bathroom was very small. Location very noisy. Nothing on my 5 page confirmation said is was a walk up. We surpose to stay 3 nights. But left the next morning early. And moved to another hotel. Buyer beware!

Inexpensive hotel near the district but you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable but the rooms are TINY. Breakfast is ok, just not much to choose from. If you just need a place to sleep and take a shower, this hotel would suffice.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Though directly on the busy street, it was quiet enough to sleep. You could open the window and look out on the action. Staff was amazing, breakfast was good. Only bad thing was the parking, nearly impossible, if you can, only use public transportation if you find a parking place, leave the car there but earning it is very very expensive to park.
