Had a quiet and cozy stay. I enjoyed all the amenities at the casino, mall and hotel.

Was surprised to be upgrade to PRESIDENTIAL suite. The staff, hotel and casino were perfect. Not too big not too small. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was outstanding in all aspects of what one wants in a room. Definitely will return when in the area even if we don't get an upgrade.

VERY NICE HOTEL GREAT FACILITIES AWESOME STORES AND RESTAURANTS

I decided to spend a few extra dollars and just stay on the casino grounds vs. staying nearby. The check-in was good. But its a little annoying that you have to wait until 3pm to actually get into the room. I was glad that they offer to hold your bags so you're free to start exploring. The room was very nice and spacious/stocked with toiletries. The windows are large and we got a great view of outside. There is a Keurig in the room and they also have water so you don't have to worry about wanting something to drink. Bed was comfy, nice king and the sheets were clean. I did not spot any dirt or anything worn down in the room. The cons - reading reviews about them offering breakfast to now going there & there weren't any was a little annoying. It is also a little distance from the casino where you have to walk around the outlets so if you have mobility problems maybe rent a scooter.

great experience from valet parking to front desk to the event center where we saw a show and then had an amazing dining experience to the amazing Presidential suite... to the breakfast the next morning and to Vinny at the Valet next morning Its always a great stay at the sands...

HOTEL ROOM WAS SPACEOUS AND CLEAN . STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND CASINO WAS FUN . EMERILS STEAKHOUSE WAS EXCELLENT FOR DINNER ! THEIR USUAL FREE BREAKFAST WAS NOT OFFERED.

A two day stay that was excellent. Food, shopping and casino all in one.

This is one of my favorite hotels to come to when i go to the casino. Love it

My husband and I stayed here on our way back from a trip to New York to see our son-n-law run in the New York Marathon. We looked on line booked it on line with Orbitz got a great rate and additional 15% off from Orbitz. We did this all in the parking lot of the hotel 8:30 pm on a Sunday night and by the time we walked in the hotel they had our reservation. Beautiful Hotel, Casino, Outlet Stores, all under one roof. We loved it.

our check in was a little rough, the lady was really short with us and did not seem like she wanted to be there. Besides that our room was very nice and comfortable. I would reccomend the hotel to anyone just if you get a blonde lady to check in, dont let her ruin your mood.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 5:30 and our room wasn't ready.

Check in was at 3pm. Our rooms wasn't ready until 6pm. Had tickets to a concert that started at 7pm. I had to ask if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. Management promised me a $50 food/drink comp. When I tried to use it I was told it was denied. After a call to the front desk it was cleared up and my meal was comped, until I checked out and it showed up on my bill. Management was able to find the note in the computer that a comp was issued and they took care of it. I work in a service industry and I understand that things happen, people call out when you're already working short staffed and things like this occur. The thing that bothered me the most was that no one seemed apologetic and almost seemed reluctant to give me a comp and I was late to my concert. Stayed at the Sands before and never had a problem. I was disappointed this time.

Overall - great, new, clean hotel. The good: super-comfy bed, nice toiletries in room, options for room service were great, easy walk to shopping and casino, nice level of security with having to use your key cars to go up the elevator Where they could improve: 1) more streamlined check-in. Only two agents were working and there was quite a line. Not a major deal, just something for them to consider. 2) In-room lighting, particularly in the vanity area. Putting on makeup there was extremely difficult. Way too dim. It either needs to be lighter overall or the makeup mirror needs to be a lighted one. 3) The Eco-friendly room was actually a bit of a pain. Having to keep your room card in the wall to put the air conditioning on meant coming back to an uncomfortably warm and humid room that took awhile to cool down. I would prefer the option to keep the AC on (even if it has to be at a slightly higher temp) to be able to come back to a comfortable room.

What a great relaxing 2 days. This hotel has an outlet mall attached as well as a casino and plenty of dining options. Will be back again. Great price too.

Should have safety bar in shower. All else was fine.

No complaints other than the casino itself was pretty run down. The room was nice and the service was as expected.

Love this place..soo clean and beautiful. Love coming during holiday season with all the lights up. Cant wait to come this yr again.

The hotel was great. Everything was better than I expected.

Never being in this area before my expectations were low and this hotel was near to Allentown airport. However when we checked in they couldn't have been friendlier, gave us free casino play and coupons for the attached outlet mall and breakfast is included. We enjoyed shopping and found some treasures. Then we found out there was an Ideana Menzel concert and we were able to go. My only complaint is we had been in Atlantic City prior and when you are feeding their machines they take care of you with drinks. At the Sands you had to beg and after serving me only1 drink they cut me off. I had been at a concert so had clearly not been over served. It worked out good for me as I went home with my designated gambling fund, bad for them because it would NOT be my destination of choice to gamble or revisit unless to see a show and shop.
