Hotel is old and out of date. I stayed there twice and had 3 different rooms (because they had to move me because the couldn't fix clogged toilet) and they ALL the bathrooms smelled of mold. The free breakfast was barley average. There was never fresh coffee in the lobby when I woke up (granted I wake up around 4:30).

We stayed here for a medical procedure (it's fairly near the hospital and had a kitchen). The staff was so pleasant and accommodating! Their is constant coffee/cocoa and a weeknight happy hour with free food and drinks. A little bright spot in a non-vacation stay!

Great location, convenient, spacious. Perfect spot to relax and venture out into Albany. Love it here! Clean, kitchen is awesome, and it's dog friendly! Always stop and stay while traveling. Thanks for being a great option for us!

This was the best, most well equipped room we have stayed in.

Front desk girl was pleasant. I was only staying one night. Its across the street from Albany campus. The room smelled of cigarettes as did the hallways. That was my only beef. Room has a small kitchen, shower worked fine, bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the room rating above had to do with the smoke smell.

Thin lumpy mattress. Lamp that did not work, hard to regulate temp;usually too cold. Renovation needed.

We stayed there for two nights in the Spring Break. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The hotel was very roomy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It's great for a family stay. The manager had kindly accommodated our request after our car broke down. I was truly impressed by their services!

Nice breakfast in the morning. Odd room set up but it's clean and comfy. Would stay again.

Toilet Flooded, wall paint is cracking, moved us to another room (a big hassle) which was nearly as bad, Elevator stopped working, Breakfast had day-old waffles, eggs had smell in them...staff was totally unhelpful about all of these issues -overall horrible place to Stay!

Nice size queen suite with full kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge, stove, dishes and utensils). Unfortunately the walls are very thin. Hotel is a bit dated but for a couple of nights it is all we needed. Complementary breakfast included waffles, English muffins and bagels, eggs and sausage, hot and cold cereal.

Hotel was clean and centrally located. inside hotel room seemed dated. Breakfast was just OK but more importantly the coffee was fresh and good.

Yes, the price was great for this hotel. But, the toilet broke at midnight and at 6:30 AM, an hour before our alarm went off, the the refigerator started making a horrible noise, I thought it was a jackhammer outside our room, but realized it was the refrigerator which I shut off. Then, our kids came into our room because there was a burning smell in their room and they were afraid to be in there. I spoke to the front desk and she said she would talk to the manager and I never heard a thing. Someone needs to train them in how to handle an upset customer to difuse the situation rather than getting a bad review on the internet.

It is the smallest suite I ever stayed. But it is OK. However, my friends slept in the bedroom both got bitten by the bedbug.

The hotel was in a good location, provides easy access to major highways, The room was OK not much more than a hotel room except bedroom was private and it had a full kitchen, would be perfect for a couple but not so much for a family with older children looking for privacy. Bed was comfortable but bedding was a little strange as comforter and covers were hard to separate.

Our first room smelled like smoke. We were given another room and it was fine. The room looked a little worn and could use an update - but very spacious with high ceilings. The breakfast had minimal offerings.

Enjoyed the hotel but unless you are familiar with Albany area difficult to find because of roads and poor road signs.

We went to visit SUNY Albany for Orientation so this location is ideal however upon arrival we noticed a very strong smell of smoke in hallways even thought we were in a non smoking room it really didn't matter as the smoke cam right into our room. The room was not clean, very dusty. We were so tired and had no energy to just find another hotel we stayed much to our regret.

I stayed 3 nights at CrestHill Suites and I would definitely stay there again if I ever need a comfortable place to stay for more than a night or two. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was better than most hotels, and the location was perfect for my needs.

The hotel is conveniently located for purpose visiting.
