Can hear next door room talking until 2am as the wall is thin

Ok if you don't mind staying in a shoebox with paper thin walls.

If you don't need a lot of frills and amenities this is the hotel for you. Very basic but the bed was great, very comfortable. No coffee pot in the room but coffee available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was available, very simple but adequate. Convenient location near hotel. Price good for what we got.

Everything you'd want out of a basic room for a weekend. We didn't spend much time hanging around the room, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and for the price and proximity to Saratoga, you can't beat it.

Stayed here for business, comfy bed, good location, nice breakfast selection.

This was our first experience with a Microtel and we very much enjoyed it. All the conveniences, comfortable bed and nicely designed. Very comfortable and very affordable. We will definitely do it again.

While by no means fancy, this hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK.

This was my first time having to book my own hotel room (in my early 20's) and it was much easier than anticipated. Staff was friendly and helpful (because I never booked before). The room was clean, the bed was very soft and cozy. Breakfast was fresh and the selection was decent. I'm going to have to go back to the albany area in a few weeks and I will Definately stay here again.

Clean (except for the stained shower curtain) room but very small, and very friendly staff. For a lower price hotel it worked fine. My room key, and the replacement room key didn't work, so the front desk clerk had to let me into the room. Also the water pressure in the shower was up and down and at times a trickle. Also the bed was a bit worn out and so was very soft. If I was doing more than just sleeping there, or was going to spend any amount of time in the room this would've been a bad choice.

Room was OK and relatively quiet considering it was next to the airport. My biggest problem in late November, was the lack of heat. The room relied on a small, cheap unit heater that barely got the room above 60 degrees. I had to move to another room, and it wasn't much better. They have some quality issues. Also, the door to the second room had a huge gap at the bottom jamb, so that someone could look right in. You get what you pay for.

Room was clean and minimalistic but contained most of the desired amenities. The room was very small. Our bed was not very comfortable. We needed more towels than they supplied. Over all the room worked out fine for our stay.

There are not that many good hotels in this area. This is an excellent value (under $100) and the staff are so accommodating that it is my go-to hotel when I visit my daughter at Siena college several times a year. The staff is extremely nice and the cleaning service staff would always say hi & ask if I needed anything additional. The rooms are extremely clean and have nice accommodations. They really cared and were so nice when I forgot to pack pictures in frames that my daughter and I made up at the hotel room and they called me and make sure that I was able to come back to get it or have my daughter pick it up.

Hotel is located close to the airport and is quite inexpensive. A bit small but comfortable room.

Great value for the money! Just be aware the room does not have a microwave or fridge but there is a microwave in the lobby you can use.

Average room and service. Nothing to write home about.

We were flying out of the airport the next morning and needed a clean, close, reasonably priced place to sack out for the night. This was the perfect place for that and it was everything we needed and expected.

Very difficult access to the hotel. Hard to find, sits behind a gas station off the main road

Stayed overnight for a conference... Some renovations were being done but that did not interfere with the stay. Free wifi is always helpful and stay were kind.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The only problem we had was the television did not work for the duration of our stay. They did offer to change our room but we were only there after the show and really went to sleep quickly. My wife was upset but the time without the tv was enjoyable to me

AC did not work and could not fix it until after the weekend. Maids never cleaned the room and management was clueless as to why or any solution overnight. We had a renovated room that look like it needed to renovated. Asian management seems to think smiling at the guests is customer service. Try somewhere else.

We thank you for your feedback and would have audit the rooms of your stay but unfortunately this anonymous review prevents this research. We do try to have heaters running in the rooms before guests arrival
