Room was good. Staff was fine. No coffee and tea in lobby when we arrived. The containers were there but cold and the hot water was empty. If it is not on offer it should not be on display. Breakfast was mediocre and the cold cereal choice lacked a Raisin Bran. The cereals were fruit loops, Golden Grahams and Cheerios. I guess it’s picky but…..

One of the front desk employees I dealt with had a care less attitude - sassy and generally unhelpful. When I asked her anything, she responded as if I were a burden. I called down from my room and let the call ring and ring but never got an answer. When I mentioned it to her after I came down, she insisted that the phone never rang. A renter must only pick up the receiver and press the “front desk button to be connected. The free breakfast was almost unpalatable - underdone, unattractive, and tasteless. I will look for someplace else next time.
