Let me start with the positive. The room itself was very nice. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The poor is the service. The hotel's website states that the complimentary airport shuttle is available from 6 am-11 pm. To confirm, we made a 7 pm phone call to the hotel and were told the shuttle ran until 10:30 pm. When we arrived at the airport at 9:00 pm, the front desk person said they were the only one there and that we should take an Uber and would be reimbursed. We did that and emailed them the receipt it took 5 days before they responded. I was told they would credit my credit card that evening. Five days past and still no credit. I called at ~8 pm. I was put on told for over 20 minutes because the person who answered was the only one there (which presumably meant that the shuttle would be again unavailable). When they finally got back to my call they did send me a receipt that showed that my card had been credited that day or 5 days after promised. In short, if you want to be able to trust what is written and you are told, book a different hotel.

Bathroom gross

Bathroom was pretty gross. Floor was dirty and the part of the tub that met the floor was stained. Bathroom cabinet was peeling, due to no fan in the bathroom. Beds and pillows were fine, breakfast was fine, location was fine.

Above and beyond the best property in the area. Price was just above other hotels but well worth it. Comfortable place in every aspect. Also got it for the right price. When that offer happens again, this hotel is the place of choice!!

Many thanks to the front desk employees - they reached out to me to tell me that the airport shuttle was unexpectedly unavailable, and made arrangements to have my Uber reimbursed. It could have been a headache at the end of a long day travelling, but their conscientiousness made things go smoothly. Also, the breakfast was excellent. Great stay overall.

Was trying to reach the hotel directly to confirm an early check in and could not find a direct line to talk to someone in person. It was very frustrating. We stay at this hotel every time we come to the Albany area and visit our daughter.

We were given our room keys, but they didn’t work. When we went back down to the front desk, the office worker laughed. He gave us the wrong room number. The floor outside the elevator had food mashed into the carpet when we checked in and it was still there 16 hours later when we checked out. The elevators stunk of some type of oil or grease. Like they had been in the shop?
