Had to change my room bcuz bathroom was dirty n nasty. Got new room and it wasn’t much better. Pubic hairs on toilet n hairs on floor. Was to tired to go get new room. Will b last time I stay there.

The front desk lady was nice efficant and thourogh. Speedy friendly check in experience. Location was okif you have a car. The low score is that I had is found a roach in the bathroom and a flie on the bed.

This experience was dirty and smelled like smoke. The bathroom was extremely dirty and we did not even want to use the showers. The sheets had "crumbs" in them.

This was a nice clean hotel they put us in the back where it was quiet

Very nice front desk guy. Clean room. Strong mold smell from bathroom. It was okay for one night since it's close to the airport. Close to Olive Garden and gas station.

Our room's floor was sticky and covered in hair and dust bunnies. I didn't feel comfortable putting my toiletries on the bathroom counter because it was dirty too.

Great room, although could use a little maintenance. Noisy bathroom fan & towel rack fell off the wall.

There was a towel wrapped around the fire sprinkler in my room and the toilet was not flushed.

Staff was polite, but you can tell it was forced. Room was uncomfortable and when I went to get into bed there was a hair on the sheet, assuming (and hoping)left by the cleaning staff

This is a no-frills hotel and room. It was very clean and the pillows were good and fluffy. I was greeted by Ebony at the front desk who was super helpful and even had a take out recommendation and menu to give me. Two drawbacks - 1) being near the expressway and airport there is a good amount of noise at night 2) the rooms open to the outside. I was on the second floor so it was fine but I may have chosen a different place to stay had it been more evident Overall - i would stay there again. $60ish for a clean, updated room with plenty of outlets and free wifi can't be beat when it's a quick one night stay for business.

Satisfaction level depends on what your looking for. This is definitely a 2 star hotel. It has a nice modern decor in the room. My stay was In the winter there's a half inch gap under door that cold air comes in. I had to roll up a towel to keep the steady flow of air out. People talking outside the door much of the night. The one elevator smelled of urine. It was in a dark outside corridor. I would not stay here again for those reasons. Plus was the ladies at desk were friendly an the shower was hot.

Ok for a one night stay . Plenty attraction near by.

Hotel beds were surprisingly super comfortable and room was recently refurbished. Hotel is apparently 100 smoke free, however when we checked into our room, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and there was a cigarette butt/ashes floating in the toilet. We asked to change rooms and we were switched quickly and efficiently. Would stay again.

The rooms there are always clean. Very handy to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

We love the Red Roof inn. It's inexpensive but comfortable and clean. Very happy with this hotel.

Elevator is disgusting. Steps to third floor almost as bad. Worse on the outside than inside. Room was clean and average. Would not make a return visit.

I called red roof inn on Sunday evening to confirm my reservation and to make sure that I get a room with two beds . I spoke to a Shari ( I remember her name since mine is Sherry) but she transferred me to someone else with whom I requested the two beds in the room and she said that was fine . When I went there , the woman did not Put my request in the system. Shari was there and remember speaking to me but that didn't help my case . The hotel was full and I had to wait for another guest who wanted to switch from the king room to the double bed room . Found one finally and went upstairs and the room was still being cleaned and we had to wait to get in . Room was not like in the pictures but we were tired and wanted to get some rest . I thought there would be a fridge and microwave in the room and iron and ironing board . I went downstairs to ask and was told that those amenities are for the king room . They loaned me a iron and the ironing board for the night . The other issues were that the toilet would not stop running . All night (my bed was close to the bathroom ) the toilet would just run . Also when I came out the shower I was greeted by a big BUG which I had to kill and dispose of in the garbage . Not the best night at my first time at red roof inn!!!

Just an overnight stop. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Upon entering the room there was a musty odor. The shower base was disgusting. Before I showered I placed a towel inside the shower floor. I wont dare touch my bare feet on it. The inside floor of the shower was peeling. I believe its the first hotel I stayed in that did not have a hair dryer. I would rate this as an equivalent to a short stay motel. This was the first and last time that i will stay at a Red Roof Inn.
