The check-in experience was amazing, the front desk agent provided a memorable and humbling welcome. Unfortunately, everything after that was extremely disappointing. The photos on the website **do not reflect the actual condition of the property**. Upon entering the building (beyond the vestibule), I was horrified. The stairway had damp carpets, a door hanging off its hinges, and a peephole stuffed with a paper towel, preventing visibility in or out. The room itself was in unacceptable condition, with stained bed coverings and, most disturbing, the discovery of **bed bug carcasses beneath multiple layers of bedding**. I immediately contacted the manager and provided photographs, which were also shared with the third-party booking service. Despite clear evidence, the manager and owner **refused to issue a refund**, instead offering to move me from what I would describe as a one-star room to a slightly less unacceptable two-star room. Owner and management staff noted a partial refund after additional discussion (this writer wa not satisfied). I traveled 3.5 hours only to be completely let down by a property operating under the **Days Inn by Wyndham** brand. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I do **not recommend this establishment to anyone**. To management and ownership: shame on you for prioritizing profit over basic cleanliness, safety, and customer care. **Never again.** -

I had a satisfactory experience during my one-night stay at the hotel. The staff members were exceptionally polite and eager to assist, which made my visit more pleasant. However, the hotel could benefit from some upgrades; specifically, the bed and mattress need replacement, and I encountered an issue with the door that malfunctioned and wouldn't open. Overall, considering the price, it serves its purpose well, particularly for solo travelers seeking a brief stay.
